Twenty five years ago Armor installed my first high efficiency furnace. I was very impressed back then with with the skill of the crew. They did a great job with the install which included sheet metal work, gas lines, plumbing for the outside air and exhaust, and a new thermostat and humidifier. Twenty years ago I had them add air conditioning to the system.

This year it was time for a new furnace. Once again, I received top-notch service all the way from recommendations for the proper furnace to a skillfull installation. Everyone at Armor that I have dealt with has been very professional. Quite simply, they have earned my trust. That doesn't happen with me very often.

Today I received my paid invoice in the mail. With it I got the warranty registration they completed on my behalf with Carrier as well as a completed application form for a National Fuel Gas rebate. What great service!

Our old heating system failed during the massive snow storm of November 2022. Armor Heating was wonderful to work with sending a technician out on a Sunday and a new furnace installation on Monday morning. Great team. Great service. Armor Heating Company is highly recommended.

Armor Heating did a wonderful job replacing our 32-year-old furnace when it died in November 2022. The company installed a new HEIL furnace, repaired our faulty heat ducts, and added a home humidifier. The job was more thorough and less expensive than two other estimates we had.

Company president, Tom Kam, spent considerable time in our Hamburg home explaining what needed to be done. Since our house has a hodge-podge of heating ducts from various systems dating back 100 years, Mr. Kam explained in detail how the new ducts would improve air flow and heating throughout the home. He was right!

Our house is more comfortable, and I’m curious to see how much money the new high-efficiency furnace will save on my winter heating bills.

The crews were prompt, courteous, and willing to answer questions. The work was estimated to take two days but was finished sooner.

Armor Heating did all the paperwork for our furnace warranty registration and helped us apply for $400 credit from National Fuel.

Very, very happy with Armor Heating! It is nice to know that there are still good contractors who take pride in their work.

I would recommend Armor Heating. The company has provided annual maintenance to my boiler for years. It was an easy choice for me to select them for the purchase and installation of a new Carrier boiler this year. They provided a fair price, did the work in the timeframe agreed upon, and absolutely made sure I was satisfied with their work. The crew of Mike, Aaron, Terry, Jared, Dom was very professional. A couple of heating baseboards within my home needed some adjustments after the install date, and Terry came right back the very next day and corrected it to make sure everything was operating as it should and that I was completely satisfied. The service exceeded my expectations.
