Well stocked store with a good assortment of supplies. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are always willing to help. My office is across the street, and we all shop here.

Rude and unwelcoming. Stood at register for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to help me. 10 days for exchange came in on the 11th day after a holiday closure and no one would help me at all. Store is cluttered and dirty.

They really have very very bad costumer service at the cashier place i buy a painters pants and i went to returned back as same they sale to me in a plastic bag no even try the pants in ten minutes i went to returned they wont give my money back i lost 40 dollars because i dont know they policy, and they do not give options ,they cashier she was unhelpfull,even the manager fat do name doug he dont do anything to help me ,,is not a good store,,to deal with,am very upset ,

Has the worst customer service. I usually do not write review but I have to do so in order to protect the future customers.

Great place to find any hardware needed for home or business.

I love going here. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful and they're good at figuring out what you need.

i dont like that this store is in the middle of the street, i kept getting run over when i was purchasing my drill master 9000

10 minutes on hold to find out if they have flat washers only to get hung up on.

There maybe a couple of hardware stores in this area but do yourself a big favor and go here 1st Family run store really friendly amazing service huge selection
