This company is outstanding. My current Friedrich AC started to leak water and was not cooling well. Of course this happened during a heat wave. I spoke to Mark who not only sent someone the next day but accommodated my time request as I had some conflicts. The guys came right on time and introduced themselves, Boris and Anthony. They immediately diagnosed the problem and I ultimately decided that is was probably not worth fixing. I ended up purchasing an updated model of the same unit. They had the unit I wanted in stock and they installed it first thing the next morning. This time it was Rudy and Anthony. They installed it quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I rarely review, but these guys were such a refreshing find in NYC. They always want to do the right thing for you and one can't ask for more than that. Good people! Have been happy with installation and follow up on minor issue with machine out of warranty was awesome.

I have now purchased three Friedrich (the only kind I will buy) air conditioners over the years as my old ones have worn out after twenty years or so. These three have been purchased from All City and I am pleased to be able to highly recommend them. Their prices are competitive and they are reliable,. Their service people know what they are doing and when they come to install a new machine, they get the job done quickly and clean - never a dirty mess to clean up. The service technicians are knowledgeable and were able to answer several questions I had about my new machine, an 18,000 BTU monster, and replacing filters on older machines. I telephoned yesterday about this new machine and it was installed in less than 24 hours after my call. Can't ask for better service than that. I live in a 20-story cooperative building where most of the tenants have air conditioners. Those that I can see from the outside (as opposed to through the wall machines) are ALL Friedrich. The 18,000 BTU machine I replaced today was bought by me in 2001 - so the new one should last for 18 years. Not sure that I will. :) Steven Wolfe

I've been a customer several times over the past few years (originally found them in the phone book) and they're top notch. They sell the highest standard A/C equipment and, just as important, they are thorough and fast with service calls if any of the equipment they sell needs maintenance. I always deal with Mark (who's a total pro -- incredibly knowledgeable about his product and extremely courteous), and the technicians he's sent have been equally exceptional.

Fast and honest service. Mark actually picks up the phone when you call; he’s knowledgeable and helpful, his prices are competitive and the technicians he sends are efficient. Glad I found this business!

I purchased an AC and mark was very helpful. He helped me pick the appropriate unit. The crew showed up on time and they were very profesional . The the tech Cesar was very polite and even cleaned up after themselves.

Our A/C was leaking water. They offered me two options:
option #1. clear the drain on site for $300 but it might start dripping again in 2-4 months.
option #2. clean the entire unit off-site for $550.
I went with option #1.
A few hours after they left, the A/C started leaking again.
They won't come back, keep changing their story, won't listen to anything, hanging up on me, completely unprofessional. horrible service.

I spoke with mark he is polite, patient and knowledgeable. My new air conditioner was installed when promised. I will definitely recommend this company.

Installation was not done as per agreement. Technician did not seal air conditioner properly. Very sloppy and quick job. Even after pointing out gaps and holes where water would come in he didn't know how to seal it correctly. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.
