Excellent job all around. Right on mark with price, and when one of the rooms had an adjustment, Greg gave us a generous credit. John and his crew were just great. On time, very informative, and did rock solid work. Thanks to all for a great experience.

3 years after having a ductless system installed in 3 areas of the house, I decided to use one of the units for the first time. There was a leak and Phil addressed the problem on their dime. Wonderful customer service and always a happy voice on the phone.

I have been using this company for over 10 years and I have to say that they are consistently:
- able to keep the appointment time that I've set up with them
- very respectful to my home and to me personally
- helpful and provide as short or long of an explanation as you require
- hire the most competent technicians
When you are looking to get the job right the first time, there is no where else to go as far as I am concerned. My time is worth something and they realize that.

They were so professional in the office and in my home. They cleaned up everything, didn't even leave a bag of garbage. And they did the right job. I got 4 estimates and although their estimate was not the lowest, it was worth it because they did the right job. They replaced all my duct work and installed an energy efficient system.

Excellent company and leadership with excellent technicians. Scott, Jason, and Joe the electrician installed 4 AC split units from scratch in 2 days. They did an immaculate work. Highly recommended. Thanks

Central Air Systems was able to help us in a jam. It was a holiday, and we were leaving for vacation. They were able to come in and install a Lenox system before we left. We appreciated that this was able to get done, and we didn't have to worry about our pipes freezing over vacation.
