What a great company! From the start when I met Greg to offer all financing options and the best unit for my home, to the installation crew, I have nothing but the highest remarks for them! Clint the lead installer came on time when he said they would and didn’t leave until the job was done. It was so hot today, the attic was a furnace and not once did they whine and complain. I did however have a cooler with ice and water for them to help keep them hydrated on my own accord. Highly recommend this company! Great installation, great clean up, great service!

Central Air Systems jumped in to and solved a AC repair mechanical problem while others walked away. They kept working until my AC was up and running . As a new walk in customer I was efficiently worked into thier already busy spring start up schedule .

I had a great experience from start to finish. Competitive pricing and professional service. We had a new CA install in our 50 year old Splanch. Greg answered all of my questions from the time of the estimate until the time we signed. Phil in the office also gave me an honest assessment of what we needed and didn’t need. He also sent one of the installers, John, to go over the job before they began. John took me through everything step by step and left me feeling very comfortable. John and Larry installed the system a few days later. Both John and Larry were polite, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I Have, and will continue to recommend Central Air Systems.

I was interested in replacing my 3 zone central air conditioning system. I was referred to Central by a friend who had used them some years earlier. Greg was very timely in his replies to my inquiries and we eventually settled on a 3 unit heat pump replacement. With the incentives offered by a cash
payment, using their Flex Plan and the rebate offered by PSEG and a small tax credit, I was very pleased with the final cost. It took their crew about 2 1/2 days for installation but they were all very courteous and the clean up was fine. The only issue that I had with the entire experience was that with the installation being accomplished in the midst of a pandemic, one of their crew failed to wear a mask while indoors working.

Our experience with this company was outstanding. During our initial meeting the representative listened carefully to our needs and then offered several options that would meet those needs. He listened to our concerns and together we put together a plan that would provide us with the best outcome. The workers were prompt, professional and skilled. The installation process was painless. They cleaned all areas involved and left our home in excellent condition. The air conditioner has been working flawlessly since it was installed last month. We are happy to provide the highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Central Air Systems. I had an issue with an old unit. The technician came out and explained what was wrong in detail. Ultimately I decided to replace the entire unit. On top of great customer service they were the most affordable quote I received. The installers were clean, organized and swift. After completion they walked me through the unit operations. The customer service has been nothing but top notch and I look forward to working with them in the future on maintenance.

Having my AC installed by Central Air System was a pleasure. Gregg was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the correct system was installed. The crew; Jon, Larry, Brett and Tommy were fantastic. The crew worked as if it was their own home. They exceeded all expectations.
