My wife and I got a central cooling system installed in our house a few weeks ago. From the beginning, the company was a true pleasure to work with. Greg was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions thoughout the process, starting with the estimate and through installation. The group of installers were extremely professional, friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves when finished with the job. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a cooling system for their home.

On the installation day, thing were handled professionally, from drop cloth to clean up. Installer Scott came in earlier to set up everything, thanks! followed by Ralgh, Rich and Sean. I observed some of the installation when Sean set up the condenser outside, impressed with his and others professionalism. They overcame the cold temperature and worked as a team. Also, thanks Michelle from the office for all the paperwork.

Central Air Systems did a quality job at a great price. The install crews arrived on time and were very thorough - job completed as promised. I would recommend them for all HVAC services.

During this crazy heatwave, my A/C compressor could not keep up with cooling the house. Contacted Central Air Systems and after providing some info, and they had a tech to my house the next morning. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes and had my system up and running in 15 minutes.

I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. They are extremely, knowledge, professional, clean and fair! They won’t try to sell you on something if you don’t need it!

Wow! Couldn't be happier the experience I had with Central Air Systems. From the initial quote to the very last moment everyone I dealt with was so helpful and courteous. My original system no longer worked and Greg, my salesman was extremely informative and provided me with a detailed quote and great price for a Lennox unit. He didn't try to upsell me nonsense and told me what would work best for my home and our needs. I got a call from Michelle in the front office to confirm the time and date and price, she was very kind and a pleasure to speak with. The mechanics James, Larry, Sean and Peppa were on time, friendly, professional and very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and walked us through everything they did- even set up the Honeywell app on my phone for me! We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a new unit or service !

I scheduled replacement of old central air and heating furnace. Team showed up at 8am sharp and worked quietly while I worked in office. Old system removed, new systems installed, replacement of old ducting around furnace. Very clean removal and installation complete by around 3pm that day. Excellent job on installation! Recommend highly!

After interviewing several HVAC installers, Greg from Central Air was the only one from the beginning to completly explain the benifits, and the rebates of the Bosch system we purchased. He was completey upfront about how the install would be done, and outlined the entire project. When his techs arrived, they were prompt and courtous, and completed the job in less time then was scheduled. The whole experience of using Central Air Systems from start to finish was wonderful. I quoted several companies and was instantly at ease with the knowledge and professionalism from Greg during the quote process. On the day of install, John, Sean and Freddie were super prompt, professional and friendly. Even Danny who came to help with the trash. The entire operation runs like a well oiled machine. Back on June 1st, Central Air Systems installed a Central Air Unit on one floor and a multi-split unit in the basement. I waited till today because, today I received the last of my rebate checks and I wanted to comment on the fine job the whole company has done from beginning to end. The owner, Steve, came and worked with me to find to correct cooling solutions at a price I could afford. On installation day they came with a large organized team (lead by Larry/Ralph), and installed both units, completely and efficiently in one day! They explained everything and cleaned up when finished. Dealing with the Office was a pleasure, Michelle answered my numerous questions, and did all the paperwork in a quick fashion, which lead to my receiving my rebates in a prompt fashion.
