I had a complete Lennox Signature HVAC system installed in September 2019, replacing an existing hot air furnace, evaporator, and condenser. Greg Signorelli inspected my house prior to the installation and gave me a very good price with assorted discounts. His price was much lower than other estimates I received, and for better equipment. The work was impeccable, completed in less than a day, and functions extremely well. The service crew was courteous, neat, and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. The furnace is using less oil and the house feels warmer. Living on Long Island, I have not used the a/c much, but it worked very well when tested. I am very satisfied with Central Air and highly recommend the company. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

I have a service contract with Central Air and today was my yearly maintenance call. They are very professional and work with your schedule. The serviceman, Josh who was very nice arrived when he was suppose to and even called when he was on his way. Kelly is very sweet on the phone and Phil is very friendly. I would recommend them.

I received a few estimates before meeting Greg from Central Air Systems. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest estimate and just wanted a fair price with a reputable company. I ended up getting more than I could ask for from this company. From all the estimates I got a better unit, more efficient, and included a heat pump. This was a full two story house central air instal with duct work. Greg took me through the entire process and the crew showed up and followed through with that entire process. No surprises and completely professional. The crew protected my house like it was their own and wore protective boot covers when they stepped on the carpet. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. PSEG rebate came through without an issue as promised by Greg. Make sure Greg is one of your estimates when you start looking for HVAC needs!

Excellent service all around. Thoughtfully scoped out and installed a new heating/AC system for us. Took care of all the arrangements with the local utility for a rebate. Far superior to a competitor that wanted to sell us an inferior installation for 25% more. And when we needed a quick repair, they showed up in just a few hours and figured out the problem. Update for 2018, it has been 7 years now that I have relied on Central Air Systems, Inc. and I still give them a 5 star rating. Their service employees are excellent when it comes to my yearly check up and filter changes and take great care not to track in any of the outside into my house. They make sure the filters are changed and everything is in perfect condition for the upcoming summer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have relied on Central Air Systems Inc. since I purchased my house in 2011. When Super Storm Sandy washed away my almost brand new equipment, they were here shortly after to replace everything that was damaged. I had to put in a service call only twice since then and they were here promptly to take care of whatever was needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a wonderful experience with Central Air Systems, Inc. My elderly parents Central AC Unit could not be repaired and after wasting 2 weeks with another Long Island AC Company who just kept talking in circles and going out to my parents home, charging them more and more money without getting to the bottom of the problem or even with a quote for a new system, I decided to message some friends that still live on Long Island, as I am out of state. My friend Denise recommended I contact Phil at Central Air Systems, Inc., as she had used them and had a great experience. I contacted Phil via cell phone one day while at a funeral and a few days later he had a representative at my parents home, 2 days later received an estimate emailed to me and installation within a week. Phil actually moved their installation time up because I had asked if at all possible since they were elderly. Working with a company like this, while living out of state, was a pleasure. I felt like someone cared about the urgent situation my parents were in, especially with the heat wave. Now, with the second heat wave coming they are happily cooled down now. I have been using this company for many years and I am completely satisfied with their work. Due to electrical problems on my street, my boiler shut down and I couldn't restart it.After PSEG fixed the problem, I called Central Air and they sent Gabe , who attended to the boiler. He was polite and explained what he had done to restart it and I was thrilled. The following day, I received a follow up call from Greg at Central Air who suggested I call the company who services my generator and have them come and check all the connections. I was grateful for the suggestion.

Central Air Systems did a great job installing our ductless air conditioning system! Greg Signorile managed the project efficiently and Lenny did a clean professional installation. We shopped 2 other companies (Petro and Sears) before we selected Central Air. They had a fair price and the technical knowledge that exceeded the other two companies. The Diakin ductless system is really quiet, does not cycle on and off like a window air conditioner, and 3 units cool my entire 2 story colonial. So glad we installed these units!

Recently had AC system replaced. Greg was extremely professional and helpful with determining what the best option was for our house. The crew came to our house on time and did a great job. Highly recommend Central Air Systems as they exceeded my expectations.
