I cannot say enough wonderful things about my AC installation by Central Air Systems. Larry and his team were nothing but professional and courteous from start to finish. We had an old air handler and condenser system replaced, and the new system is not only so much more efficient, but a lot quieter as well. After getting several estimates from other companies, Central Air Systems was the clear choice. I am so happy with my decision to go with them and would highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They replaced a unit at my home and also at a building which I own. The process from start to finish was painless. The estimate was clear and the pricing was very fair. On install day, the crew (Clint & Tom) showed up on time and ready to work. They were meticulously clean and polite. They went out of their way to do a class 'A' job--even replacing the old filter housing with a brand new one and making sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job. The following day, they did the same high quality work at my building. I respect a company which delivers value and is focused on building a roster of satisfied customers. I certainly am one.

Most local AC companies really only treat you well if you are a business or commercial client. Hard to find a decent one for residential needs. CAS handled that. I called them for some basic maintenance on my compressor. Greg answered, spent some time on the phone understanding the issue and scheduled me for the next day. They sent Rich. He showed up on time, was neat, friendly, efficient and explained everything as he went along. One part needed replacement and the cost was very reasonable...They will be my "go to" AC company going forward. Highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the system installed. I researched a lot of providers. Greg made many efforts to ensure my confidence in the decision to use them. He was always available to answer questions and put together a system that suited our needs. Clint, and the crew were very courteous and professional on site. There is a good work ethic in the crew that I haven't seen a lot of in other contractors I've used - especially with younger workers. Clint always sought me out when there was a question regarding vent/duct details. The house was left practically dust free. The only minor issue was from the hired electrician. That was remedied after calling Phil and having the electrician fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Central for new installs.

The sales and installers were all courteous and professional. Installation was efficient and clean. We had central AC installed for the first time and it looks like it was always there. It took only one day to install although they allowed for two days. The install team was amazing. Everyone had a job to do. They worked separately but together; sort of like an assembly line. Price was reasonable. We saved money with the flex program by having the installation in the off season. We highly recommend this company.

Great experience from my first call to the office. Needed replacements for failing central and ductless units. Greg was great. Worked with us to provide the best possible solution for our house. Fast, fair quote. Great communication the entire way through. Given the size of the job, I brought in four companies to quote and while each company had something to offer, I felt most comfortable with Greg and the products they install.

The installation was equally as good. Scott, Mike and the rest of the crew were on time, neat, clean and delivered on every aspect of what was quoted. Everything was removed and replaced but the existing duct work, which was in good shape. You would never have known they were in the house. Although this was a replacement, we added an additional drop from the second floor to the first (through a plaster ceiling). This could've been messy but was executed really well.

We just had Central Air Systems install a new central AC in our home. John and Sean did a great job with the install and Danny did a great job with the cleanup. John, the crew manager, always kept us well informed on all aspects of the job and the whole crew was polite, courteous and very clean. It was a pleasure having them do this job and would highly recommend them for an install of a new central AC system.

Great price, great quality, they listen to your needs and if they say they'll be there at 7 am, they are. Had 3 companies give me estimates and Central Air Systems were best in price and more knowledgeable than the other 2. Greg, the sales reps, work with me in what I needed and the best options. Even the financing was great! O% for 5 years. His installers, John and his guys, Jason and Bret were top notch! Installed in two day and left everything spotless. You won't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend Central Air Systems!

Couldn't be happier with this company! Greg gave us our estimate, and explained our options which I appreciated so I could make an informed decision. John, Ralph and Richwere very professional and I hardly knew they were here! I had my central air updated with a new system, and they did a beautiful job installing. They were meticulous that when they packed up I didn't have any mess. They even went so far as to take care of all warranty paperwork, it was seamless! Would highly recommend them. Now my A/C runs quietly and smoothly, and I have the latest technology in the thermostat.

Wow! Never had such a great experience with a big home improvement. Got two new air conditioning units, two new heating units and two new water heaters installed over the course of three consecutive days. The installers were prompt, professional and friendly. They left their work area spotless and everything is working great. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended!
