Bernard was very polite and professional. He inspected our furnace and related all the details. He was upfront about all the problems and worked very hard in assisting us in the purchase process of a new unit. It seems we called the right company for assistance.

Beware of these guys. I called on a Saturday for an emergency service call. I was connected to a service called Premium and was made to sign up for a $149 support plan and promised a tech would be here on Sunday between 2 PM - 4 PM. Sunday I got a call to tell me that no technician will be coming until Tuesday.

Kim and James came out on a hot Sunday night and fixed my air conditioners. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. A professional company with great level of service, Recommended!

We called at 7am .. They told us they would be there between 8am and Noon. Come 12:30pm no show. Called 2x and the manager(s) said they would get back to me with an updated time frame for the technician to arrive. Called again they told me the same thing , 30 more mins pass .. No update. In the end I had to cancel and go with someone else. The managers were polite but they are obviously incompetent as they were unable to reach their technicians or provide and update for over 2 hours
