The technician came to clean my ducts and he was AWESOME! He arrived early to shovel out the path to the outside vent and to make sure I didn’t have to do that. He took care of the cleaning in a very professional and quick manner and was sure to take off his snowy shoes before coming inside. This is my second year using Omega and I will continue to use their excellent air duct cleaning services for many years to come!

The guy that came out was very professional and did a great job. He went above and beyond to get the job done. I called them at 2pm, he was there by 4pm and the problem was fixed. They also provided me with a 10 year warranty on the AC unit!

Their field personnel are scheduled by their home office, which is extremely professional and intelligent. They performed a pre-closing inspection, which resulted in the sellers replacing a faulty air conditioner and writing a check for neglected preventative maintenance.
