Omega Heating & Air Conditioning

Breathtaking experience. AC went out this morning and nothing we did would fix it. Called Omega Heating & Air Conditioning expected to be on a waiting list. They set up an appointment for between 5 and 9 this evening. The specialist arrived a little after 5 and we are up and running. Overall a great experience.

Came to my house to fix an AC system that was not working. Worker came the next day and said I had a Freon leak in my system. OK. He added
Freon and some AC Leak Freeze to the system. Worked well for a couple of days then stopped working. I called and the existing work order was reopened and was told a technician would be over the next day. Did not come. I called back and the phone rang and rang with no pickup. I tried to call for 3 days and the same thing happened....no answer. No one ever tried to contact me about the open work order. I have given up and have called in someone else. Oh yeah I forgot to mention. The technicion demanded payment on the spot before leaving. Paid to get it fixed and then I became invisible.

The staff is very warm and welcoming and the technicians are very competent and knowledgeable. It is a well run company from the top down. Owner sets the bar high for his staff and they rise to the expectation. I'm usually very skeptical in my dealings with companies until they prove themselves. I fully trust this company to do a great job at a fair price.

I hired this company. Great service They are very professional. I would highly recommend and I will use them again in any future project.

Omega Heating & Air Conditioning installed a top of the line A/C system in my home. They have the best prices and fastest service. I have referred them to several friends and they agree. I would recommend them t anyone needing an A/C system or service.

BEWARE!!! I called Omega 8am in the morning for a service repair based on the 5 star reviews. Spoke to Phil in dispatch. I was happy to hear and he said a technician will be available within a "couple" of hours. After a "couple" of hours I called for a status update and I spoke to Phil again. Phil says the technician is finishing up another repair and the he'll be on my job "within the hour". He also stated that I'll be notified 30 minutes before his arrival. I called 6 times throughout the day and kept speaking to Phil who reassured me constantly that the technician will be there. The technician was a no show the whole day. No status update of where he is or when he'll be there from Phil all day long. He stated he couldn't get in touch with the technician, and Phil was only a dispatcher. I asked for the owner or manager. He said there is no owner or none else I could speak to. What kind of unprofessional operation is this that they got a 5 star review on Google?!?!?

They were professional, prompt and helpful. We had to reschedule service due to a big storm and they communicated throughout the process and accommodated my schedule. My service tech was knowledgeable, friendly and took his time to explain things and answer my questions. Would use them again.

Very dependable enterprise! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a leak and was worried about having a water mess since I work the weekend, Joan at the office worked it out so a tech came out and fixed the leak. The same day! I am very appreciative. A + service!

Amazing and quick service. Excellent communication to fix an appointment. Mr. Fred was in and out within 15 minutes and give us good instructions on how to best use our new AC unit. Thank you foe the timely and efficient service!

Great service from Johm yesterday morning. He explained to us everything that was to be done with replacing our outdoor spigot and answered all our questions. We will be hiring your service again in near future when garbage disposal is replaced. Thank you and your excellent staff.
