I switched to TF O’Brien after an unpleasant experience with my previous service provider. Tf O’Brien adds a very personal touch to the services they provide. I feel like I’m valued as a customer. Their technicians are always on time and very skilled as well as courteous. I’ve had my routine service performed by them as well as a water heater installation. Everything is top notch. I even referred them to my sister who lives in queens and she was very satisfied as well. So much that she also signed up for a service contract with them as well

T.F. O’Brien were the simply the best. High quality central AC installation, very professional, excellent communication, no high pressure sales gimmicks. They were able to install a one-of-a-kind system for us, following our Manual J and our complex duct design. Installation was superb, all ducts were sealed perfectly to prevent air leakage. Lots of planning and working with us with respect to scheduling it in phases. Jose, who did our installation, was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He was recently promoted to a manager position, and I can totally see why. His suggestions and advice were invaluable. If you want professionalism and quality install, use TF O’Brien.

The installer, Michael, was very professional and thorough He and his team installed our system to our specifications and everything worked out perfectly. Michael went out of his way to ensure the project was completed in a timely manner. Justin, the sales advisor was super responsive to our questions and he made sure that the project started on time. Jose, the field supervisor was great, setting up the installation crew for success.

Euryel Castillo and Nick came this morning to install a new gas water heater. Both of these technicians were exceptional. They both were respectful, very neat and friendly, outstanding job.
Highly recommend these two gentlemen for any future service.

After getting quotes from the big box stores I found out that they were subcontracting the work to some companies that just did not measure up to the reviews that I read for T.F. O'Brien. Tom O’Brien visited my home and did the measurements and had answers to all of my questions. Patrick O’Brien was my point of contact for the job and was responsive when it came down to any of my questions regarding scheduling, support, warranty, etc. The time estimate for job completion was accurate. Anthony, Alex and Jose handled the installation. Throughout the installation process the team did a great job of keeping me informed with the implementation process. Alex and Anthony consulted with my wife and I to ensure that we would be happy with the placement and color of the line set covers used to connect the compressor to the mini-split units. The exterior installation came out very clean and neat. They covered the wood floors and did not damage anything. Our home is brick and they somehow managed to finish on time. T.F. O'Brien exceeded my expectations.

Best price out of 3 companies we got estimates from. Techs arrived on time, were neat and clean, didn’t leave any garbage or mess at all, answered any questions i had, and were very professional. It was an all day job, and they were very courteous to the fact that I had a baby who needed to nap all while they did the HVAC installation. Will be using them again on the future for maintenance.

Nick is knowledgeable and willing to do what ever is necessary to get the job done correctly. Would recommend him to anyone!! Took a ride out and spent a few hours here on the 4th of July so we didn’t have to continue suffering!! AAAAA+++++

Service person Nikola was great. Clean and neat and knew what he was doing. He showed up on time. All was good except I believe the pricing was high. Cleaning the metal fins for my central air or my split unit is not included in the maintenance price. I did receive a 15% discount because I agreed to the yearly maintenance.

Dalvin just serviced my central AC system. He was a true professional and explained each step in the check up process to me as he progressed from inspecting the air handlers to examining and explaining the functions and status of my 2 compressors outside. TF O’Brien is quite fortunate to have Dalvin on their service team.
