Jeff provided exceptional customer service! He was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable! He called 30 minutes before arriving and provided excellent service! He even informed us about an air purifier and installed it for us today. He exceeded all of my expectations!! He kindly answered all of my questions! Thanks for that amazing service!!

We called the emergency number on a Sunday because our furnace was not heating. Sydney responded to our emergency call promptly and was at our house 30 minutes later. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explained it to us in a way we could understand. Our house was warm and comfortable in a few minutes. Excellent service! We have been customers with this company for years and have always received outstanding service. We highly recommend them.

This was a very professional company and provided quick service when my furnace failed to light on the first cold morning. Tech explained everything he was doing as he went along, provided me with rebate forms and got me signed up for a yearly service contract.

Our air conditioner was leaking. And I didn't know who to use. Went online and saw that Omega Heating & Air Conditioning had the most positive reviews. So I called them. When I called them they were closed. I left a message and was called bright and early the next morning with an appointment time. The guy who came was really nice and knew right away what the problem was. It has been 5 days now and no leak. I would use them again.

Our AC was out on one if the hottest days of the year, of course. We had two other technicians come to look at it and they could not figure out what was wrong. Jeff from Omega Heating & Air Conditioning company was the guy! Not only did he solve our problem but he spent several hours on the roof in the heat of the day. The technicians were friendly and courteous. Helpful and knowledgeable. Hit bumps in the installation process and worked to fix them quickly. Made an extra trip to get new equipment and stayed til dark. Appreciate the hard work.

When my furnace malfunctioned and my house was overheating, I made an emergency call to Omega Heating & Air Conditioning and they came in less than 45 minutes. Omega Heating & Air Conditioning were on time, professional and very clean considering how dusty our vents were. They gave us some helpful tips for the future to help maintain the cleanliness and performance of our AC unit. We noticed that our AC worked so much better once they did the cleaning. Booked an appointment for the next day and charge my card and then call me the day of my appointment and cancel with no other future appointments available, very unprofessional and now I’m left scrambling to find somebody else

This places is a fraud. I depended on them to fix the heat at my place. On day of service, after seeing no signs of their electrician showing up, when I called, they said the electrician is to far from your place and can't make it today. What kind of childish and n professional reason is that. I took it in my stride, and have them another chance. On the next day of service, they called to say they're electrical had an emergency and can't make it. All this while their sales lady tried to get me to sign up for their annual membership where they will prioritize me... Haha. Don't even waste your time trying to call them.
