I gave the 5 star review because of ONE REASON - Demitri - the technician who came to do the work. He is a great asset to this company - they need to take good care of him and make sure he is compensated well. He was thorough, professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely friendly - both to myself and my 4 year old son. I used to run a crew of 50 men on a construction site. If I had met Demitri at that time, I would have tried to hire him after his work today. What an incredible work ethic this man has.

When my furnace blew, they were out there same day to diagnose. Turned out to not be worth it to repair (30yr+ old system), they ordered new system same day and began install a few days later. Big project, but they got it done in 5 days total. Super professional, kept my fully in the loop on timelines, and super responsive over text. 10/10 would use them again (though I hope I don't need to!)

I replaced my central air system and I added a ductless AC/Heat unit to my family room. Arthur and his team completed the job in 2 day’s. Excellent workmanship and a great price. Hauled away and left everything clean. They also registered & took care of all the warranty information for us. 5 Stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jay is very kind, thoughtful, very honest and on time.
After complete their service I feel that he different right away. I am saving heating money and sure will help me save cooling.

I have an older house which had radiators and no cooling. The team installed a pair of heat pump systems and a ton of duct work. First and foremost, I am very happy with the outcome. My house is nice and toasty, and the system works well even on super cold days. Arthur managed the project, and from start to finish he was a pleasure to work with and was always willing to jump on a call with me and discuss/answer questions. The team is highly skilled, knowledgable, and provides excellent service. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys.

County Heat and AC just installed a Mitsubishi mini-spilt system in our home. Their service, workmanship and price were excellent. The price was competitive to start with and was further reduced by the current incentives from NY State's Clean Heat Program. Joe Jenkins and his son, Michael, as well as their team (Lenore, Eric, Paul, Charlie and Jay) were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

I can not recommend County Heat & AC enough. Twice these guys have bailed me out of bad situations. Last year, the day before New Year's Eve, our heat went out. Mike came out, diagnosed the situation, got parts and on New Year's Eve restored heat to our home — all the while patiently teaching me all about our boiler in the process and offering me reassurance. And this year, when our heat went out again, John was incredibly communicative. Losing heat in the middle of winter is scary, and the team at County Comfort could not be more compassionate and responsive.
