We had an HVAC system (Mitsubishi) installed by County Comfort Home Solutions. The whole team was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. The salesperson, Eric, spent a lot of time explaining the details along with his boss Mike Jensen., The technical team led by Alex, along with John and Tom, did a superb job. They worked hard for 10 days to install the whole system and took care of all our needs, and paid attention to all details, and they are a very friendly team. Their boss also kept close track of the work and made several visits. We are extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, work, and clean-up for attic insulation replacement. Jay and his team offered a thorough analysis. We had a lot of air gaps around recessed lights, pipes, etc. that the team properly sealed before adding cellulose. And I'm so happy that the pink fiberglass (that attracts rodents) is gone! Our home is much more comfortable, and we've had a significant reduction in energy usage. Highly recommend.

We had a fairly drafty house and during the winter months, struggled to keep warm and comfortable. Our attic insulation used to be fiberglass. And while the insulation itself was still in decent condition, the details of sealing areas all throughout the house to avoid "leaks" where outside air can flow in and out easily were overlooked when building it decades ago. I learned that this is pretty standard in home building throughout the Northeast.

With cold winters, we needed to stay warm but also be mindful of the heating bill which was incremental. Jay did the initial consultation and handles the sales. He was punctual, respectful and responsive throughout the process.

Craig oversaw the installation overall and the owner, Mike came to do the front door blower test. Throughout the entire process, we felt taken care of and felt their excitement of the value that this will bring to our house...and especially, that we'd be warm during the colder months. Craig went the extra step to take a look at other areas of improvement as well that would go beyond the cellulose installation and fixed a few things. Craig is not a sales guy, and he built houses all throughout the NE. It was nice to get professional insight without any sales pitches from him.

But the team we worked with the most was Simon's. Huge shout out to Simon and his team who handled the heavy lifting of the actual installation itself. Very communicative and professional via text messages (he asked if that was ok). He provided numerous updates and videos throughout the installation process. He and his team worked efficiently, quickly and thoroughly. Great energy and positivity from all his guys worked. And trustworthy.

Mike and Craig revisited after the work was complete for the follow up and perform another blower test. There was significantly less draft. Nothing is ever perfect. But the house stayed warmer, and we noticed the difference. There are other areas to improve as always with a house. We will consider County Comfort again for future projects, for sure. Their work is solid, and they definitely worked to gain our trust and approval.

They really want a good review online, and they were transparent about wanting it. My one constructive criticism is that for me, a few times would have been suffice as I got the message early on of their eagerness to provide. Once their team got to the grit of the work, I saw that they'd do 5 star work so for customers like me, let the work the work speak for itself. Regardless, I appreciated the motivation it gave their team. Family owned and it seems like a company that takes care of each other.

I waited this long to see how their installation would be once the weather warmed up. So far, it's been well worth it.

County Comfort installed several ductless units in my home. They also removed several in -wall AC’s and then repaired/painted walls and replaced outdoor siding. From start to finish County Comfort provided excellent service and I will definitely use them in servicing my new ductless units!

Our residential insulation was 35 years old and inefficient. after extensive research on the available insulation systems and installers, we chose County Comfort. They are the perfect partners for our needs. Dan, their sales representative, was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options and the steps that should be taken. He carefully surveyed our house, provided an understandable analysis and responded to all out questions. He then developed a clear comprehensive proposal. Dan made us feel very confident in going forward with County Comfort. On the first day of work, Dan introduced us to Fausto, the leader of the installation team and the other team members. Under Fausto's leadership, the team worked steadily, carefully cleaned the attic, removed all old insulation, then meticulously sealed the space to eliminate all unwanted air openings, they then carefully removed our whole house fan, closed the opening with new drywall, tape , compound and primer for a perfect seal. They added top plates with expanding foam insulation, blew in TruSoft cellulose for the attic floor to R-60 and installed a layer of 4" SilverGlo for the attic deck, they also provided an insulated walkway for access to all A/C equipment in the attic, created vertical insulation dams to hold the insulation in place, installed TiteShell fixture covers over all can lights together with foam seals, they then added a pull-down stair hatch cover with an additional 4" of SilverGlo insulation. In our basement, the team applied spray foam to all the rim joists to restore a comfortable climate by sealing and insulating what was a major source of air loss. All of the work was done neatly and the attic and basement were cleaned upon completion. Since our house was recently painted and carpeted, all interior surfaces were protected prior to any work by the team with clean drop cloths and plastic wall . sheeting. Dan, Fausto and their teams are great assets to County Comfort and we are very happy with the work done by them!

My repairman, Julio, was very professional and helpful. He quickly fixed my hvac issue. I'm happy to have finally found County Comfort since it is very difficult to find a good hvac company in this area. Back at the office, Lenor was also a pleasure to deal with over the phone.

I highly recommend County Comfort Home Solutions. On February 8,2023 they completed a complete removal of my 20 year old oil heat and hot water system and installed DAIKIN heat pump and heat pump hot water system for my entire home to be compatible with my existing solar panels.
The equipment installed is top quality and performed perfectly during the brutal cold front in January 2023. Never had to use my oil heat at all and we were warm at -15*!,! Installation quality was top shelf and the combination of veteran techs mentoring younger techs was excellent to include heat pump installers to plumbers to electricians. All the crew were personable and took the time to address all my questions/concerns. They were extremely careful in the removing 4 cast iron radiators and left no trace that they were ever here. Crew supervision from the main office to onsite supervisors was fantastic and the sales rep, though a young guy, was super knowledgeable and professional and ALWAYS returned my calls, texts and emails and stopped by the job regularly.
If you are considering solar and heat pump heaters and water heaters COUNTY COMFORT can accommodate all your requests. 5 Stars for my rating.
