Today was the second time I've called on this company to do work on my furnace. The last time was a year ago. I called them at 9:00 am and they arrived at 1:00pm. Their courteous receptionist kept me informed about the technicians arrival time. Their technician Will (who had done the work last year) was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue in less than a half hour. The cost was more than reasonable and worth every penny. I have engaged them to do yearly maintenance on the furnace to avoid future problems. I have every confidence that they will keep the unit running in excellent condition until such time as it needs to be replaced. When that happens, of course I will have them do the job. Great workmanship and first rate customer service.

County installed a ducted air source heat pump and 2 ductless units to create zones in our upstairs bedrooms. Charlie and his crew worked very hard in freezing temperatures and did a great job. They made sure things were done correctly and took care in doing so. Their technician Will has followed up on a few thermostat issues and has been fantastic. I would (and have) recommended county to neighbors and friends.

I scheduled a consult and told them I'm not interested in blown in cellulose insulation. They told me they do other types of insulation. The night before my consult appointment, they called me to say that they're only certified for blown in cellulose and tried to convince me that I should get that. Very disappointing experience and unhelpful. If you're not looking for blown in cellulose insulation, I recommend you look elsewhere. If you are, you might want to talk to your electrician and other folks working on your house before you get it.

They helped to properly insulate our rooms above garage side. Finished work ahead of schedule, everything is well planned and organized. Jay and the crew are very professional. Thank you for making our home warmer and more comfortable.

County Comfort did a complete re-insulation of our attic space. Our home is 30 years old and had insufficient insulation - CC came in and air sealed and re-insulated the entire space - we couldn't be happier and we already notice a huge difference in our comfort level in the upstairs rooms. They were on time, and Julio diagnosed the issue and we were able to order the part. Julio came back to install and everything went great and is working as it should. I would recommend the team at County Comfort to anyone looking for quality service at a a very fair price.

Paul answered all my questions and was super responsive, and the crew did an incredibly clean job, keeping the house spotless after each day of work.
We can tell the new insulation made a difference as we were getting uncomfortable even in the mildly hot days of mid-spring, and these past extremely hot summer days have been completely alright.

Chris and Dave installed an ductless AC unit in our home recently. They did so in a very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable manner. Every step of the process was explained to me. The work area was cleaned up, and I was instructed on how to use the system. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the first estimate, to the contract, to setting up the appointment, to the permit process (thanks Kacie), to the actual work.

We considered a number of businesses to replace our gas furnace with a ducted heat pump and install an additional mini-split system on the second floor of our home. I am pleased that we chose County Comfort and they were great to work with throughout this process. We also used their insulation services in our attic. They helped us take advantage of a number of rebates, which kept the price competitive and we found it to be a great value.

In the design/planning phases, Arthur and the team took the time to thoroughly discuss our options and explain the proposed approach. They were always willing to consider our priorities and modify the job where possible. They were thorough and took their time to plan the correct system for our home. Paul on the attic insulation side was also great and worked to achieve our goals while staying in our budget.

Our job was complex and involved a lengthy (multi-week) installation. Anthony and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional throughout their time here. The attention to detail and desire to ensure we were happy with the progress throughout was really phenomenal. They ensured that the area was clean after each day, which we appreciated. The job called for replacement ductwork in our basement and I could not be happier with the way it turned out.

Post-install, we did encounter some issues but Mike and his repair crew addressed these in a timely manner. We had no issues getting in contact with Mike or Lenore to set these appointments up. Mike said that he would stand by their work and in my experience, they have delivered on that promise.

It seems like County Comfort is a small outfit which is growing quickly. I am pleased we used them for this job and would recommend them to anyone looking for a heat pump installer in Westchester.
