Matt Minett was an amazing project manager and also took care of the sales side of things for my new heating install which was a navien combi unit replacing an older boiler from 1979 and a water heater from 1991 (current year is 2023). It looks beautiful, works great and got a good price compared to my other quotes. Dave Conklin did the install and was an expert. At the end of the second day the team was still working and rather than having me go a night without heat and hot water, he stayed late an extra 3 hours past hours to finish. We are so glad we went with County Comfort to help us update our attic insulation and air seal our crawlspace! It was great having Jay coordinate with us - he was swiftly responsive and provided clarity whenever we had questions about the process of making our home more energy efficient. He even went above and beyond in helping us make the most of our energy rebates after their work was complete. The team - Fausto, Jonathan, William and Juan - were the nicest group of guys, and they left barely a trace whenever they finished work for the day. We noticed a difference in the air/temperature in our home almost immediately, and we look forward to saving on our future energy bills too - We would happily trust them with our home going forward!

I found this business because of a postcard we received in the mail and decided to use them to get a home energy audit and ultimately moved forward with them for attic and basement insulation and air sealing. Our sales rep Dan was excellent, very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we worked through a couple of options. His boss Craig was excellent as well, both guys making us feel like we mattered. And the workers that did the job were quick, efficient, kind, and clean, taking great care when they were in our house. Definitely happy we moved forward with them and will be using them for additional services going forward!

We recently had insulation installed by County Comfort Home Solutions. They sent a crew of four gentlemen, (Fausto the crew leader, Jonathan, William, and Juan). Their work ethic was incredible. They explained what they were doing as they moved along and were clean and efficient throughout the entire process.

We hired County Comfort Home Solutions to remove and replace our aged attic insulation. We met with Jay on Thursday. He explained the process to us in a clear and concise manner, patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable going forward. Also, Craig was extremely helpful and informative in answering a few additional questions as the job progressed. Simon's team was on the job Monday. The team was punctual and very professional. They did an outstanding job each of the three days they worked at our house. Simon gave us progress reports during the job and checked to see if we had any questions or concerns. Simon and his team wore shoe covers, installed plastic sheeting and drop cloths and vacuumed the work area and more at the day's end. They showed an abundance of care for our home. It was obvious that he and his team (Alex, Diego and Carlos) take great pride in their work. Our attic now looks great and our house feels much more comfortable and quiet. We found that County Comfort Home Solutions was an excellent choice and would choose them again for any of the many services they offer.

My install team anthony , Justin and Jordan were very professional, courteous and neat . They answered all of my questions that I asked about my new HVAC system. The install manager Rich checked in every day to insure that his work crew had everything needed and that we were happy with the work as it proceeded. Rich explained exactly how the system worked and how to program the thermostat. I would recommend County Comfort for your HVAC systems.

These guys did an excellent job with the encapsulation of our crawl space! We felt comfortable after speaking with Rich who did our consultation, he wasn’t pushy and seems to have a lot of experience with encapsulation. We initially wanted to use a popular CT based business but when they told us we had to get our own electrician because they weren’t licensed in NY we stumbled upon County Comfort. Marcelo and his guys were great they worked quickly and took care of our house and crawl space. We had a small issue setting up the timing for the electrician to come and there seemed to be a miscommunication there. Joel more than made up for that! He left another job he was working at and worked quickly getting our electric installed for our dehumidifier. He even came back the next morning to install a light with a switch which was above and beyond what we asked for.

I recently had a hvac ductless split system installed by Will . He was very professional and worked quickly and neatly to add air conditioning throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable and provided prompt service.

My ac/heating unit stop working right before summer and I called county comfort and they were here the next day. Great service the technician was very knowledgeable, honest and answered all my questions. Once we figured out my unit was old and needed to be replaced they were able to install a new unit within a few days.
