Excellent service! They really thought about the look of my home and placed the units as inconspicuously as possible.

We knew our furnace was going to need to be replaced. However we did not expect it to stop completely on Monday morning. We had gotten a couple quotes already for replacing. I called Dominick at 8 AM and he came over at 9 AM to take a look and give us a quote for 3 choices. We decided to go with Dominick so I called him back at 11 AM By noon he had rearranged Tuesdays' schedule to be able to fit us in as we were without heat. He said they would be over at 8 AM on Tuesday for the new install and that it would take approximately 3 hours. The install was completed under 3 hours.Indeed they were here on time. The install was professional, courteous and you would have no idea they were even there when they were done. Dominick gave us all the paperwork and explanation regarding the rebate we were eligible for. I cannot say enough good things about Dominick and his crew at Heat Wiser except if you need anything done he is definitely the person to call.

I highly recommend! They were friendly courteous and answered all the questions and concerns. The ductwork between the old and new furnace was great as well as the new venting that they installed.

Called this am spoke to Amanda, she put a service call out for same day, for the part for the furnace (motherboard) still under warranty, saved us 1100! Thank you Amanda, Dom and Chuck!

On Christmas Day our furnace stopped working. We called the next morning looking for a company to replace it. When we called Heat Wiser, the owner showed up within an hour to provide an evaluation and an estimate. Dominick was very knowledgeable and stressed the importance of not just installing a furnace, but educating his customers.

Not only was his estimate several hundred dollars lower than the competition, but they had the furnace installed less than 24 hours after our initial call. They cleaned the entire area once finished and even vacuumed the carpets.

I would highly recommend using Heat Wiser if you ever need a new furnace!

Fred and Dave were extremely professional. They replaced our hot water heater and serviced our furnace. Showed up exactly on time, left the basement spotless and were very reasonably priced. Will definitely call again when needed.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My parent's were complaining that their air conditioning wasn't working. Called at 10.00am and spoke with Dominick. He arrived at their house within a half hour (on one of the hottest and I'm sure busiest days of the year) and looked things over, showed them what they needed to do and was gone within a half hour. I got home from work on a Sunday night at 8 pm and the house was very hot baby was crying. I called heat wiser they ask me what was happening walked me thru the repair.Got the new part walked me thru install. Couldn't be more happy with they customer service.
