Dominick and his team do great work. Showed up within the hour to take a look at what I needed. They suggested a few fixes that I needed for a new hot water tank. They were back the next morning to do the job. Highly recommend

Like many, our furnace bit the dust when we got hit with real cold weather, on a weekend, at the most inconvenient time. Not what you want when you have 2 young kids, especially.

The Heat Wiser team was out to us in less than an hour from when I called. Less than an HOUR. They were super thorough in investigating what was wrong with our 12+ year old furnace that, in all fairness, was time to go. Despite that glaringly obvious elephant in the room, the guys still offered to find the parts for it and get them in ASAP so we weren't stuck in a cold house if we wanted to go that option. We weighed out all solutions and eventually we opted for a total replacement, and Dominick and team were amazing in getting everything old out, new in + replaced in such a QUICK and timely fashion. We hit a few weird hurdles that popped up (because of just odd things in this house that we are still scratching our heads at) that they gladly accommodated for, made a quick and reasonable decision to solve, and didn't tack on unreasonable charges to apply those fixes, still all in a days work. They were the best!

So not only that, but all of the team were friendly. From Amanda on the phones, to the team themselves, you are constantly treated as a valued customer. They answered every single question I had (and believe me, I had a lot), and even brought me down to show me things so I understood more what was done (and previously done wrong when my house was built).

I will definitely be going back to them for all of my maintenance, service, heck ANY hvac-related need as it's clear, again, they have their values and customer service focus in the right place.

I’ve been using Heat Wiser for over 10 years. Recently our hot water tank failed. Six hours later a new tankless water heater was installed and operating! Dominic’s team promptly responded. They diagnosed the problem, provided options, quoted, ordered, and installed the new system. Competent and professional.

They were great called for my a/c not working Tech was at my house in 20 minutes and had my a/c up and running in less than 30 minutes. Tech was good and the price was great would recommend this company to anybody. Thanks Dominic and Charles Me and my family really appreciate you guys

Huge thank you to Dominick and his team! I called at 1:00pm with an issue with my air conditioner. Dominick diagnosed the issue drove from Liverpool to whitesboro, and my air conditioner was fixed by 3:45 PM.

Called and they had a technician at our house within an hour. They fixed our a/c quickly and gave us some great advice on how to keep it clean and running correctly. Would highly recommend.

Not only did Dominick come and assess the furnace in my recently purchased (unknown to me) trap house, but they also came in for the save quite rapidly and in less than a week!!
They replaced my 40 year old furnace I used to refer to as The Elder Burning Antique Inferno with a new guy named the Junior Sizzler! Me and the new guy, Siz for short, have some warming up to do, but I think he’s a great fit. :)

Dominick and his crew even saved my life by fixing the trap house aluminum wiring that honestly looked like the start of a Kaczynski kindergarten project.

They quickly sent out a technician that was equally professional and genuinely concerned! They turned off the water for my mother to stop the flooding and initiated the next steps for us! I can not say enough great things about this company! I bought a house this year that needed a lot of work. Chuck was great at going over all of my options with me so I knew what I would be in for. When installation day came the whole team worked all day to ensure that I had everything set up the way I wanted it including building a custom spot for the filter!! When I needed to call and ask questions they knew me right away by name and were happy to answer all questions I had. Dominick and his wife take a great hands on approach to their customer service and it's awesome! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Had a small gas leak call Dominick from a referral he was very nice on phone quoted me a possible price sent out a tech less then 24 hr tech was professional and knowledgeable work was done in approximately 30-45 min excellent service would not hesitate to call them again highly recommended
