Used Master Plumbing for oil to natural gas conversion and am very pleased with their work. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. They arrived when they said they would for each day, completed the job in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the updated system they installed. The old oil tank and outdated furnace were replaced with a modern system that takes up less space and is less costly to run as well as being cleaner and more efficient. I highly recommend Master for this or any other plumbing need!

They called before arrival, sent a picture of their technician and his name (Chris Martin) he was excellent ! Knowledgeable, worked very neatly, diagnose the problem, gave a quote before the work was done, once I approved, he went right to work, at the completion of the job, there were no additional charges! Our Central Air System was not working properly. Called Master Plumbing and sent someone out same day. Chris our Technician was prompt and very professional. After two visits and extremely hard work, our AC is up and running..

Scheduling was easy and prompt, A/C repair technician showed up right on time the next day, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Communication with the technician and the main office was excellent, both over the phone and via email and text messages. Service call charge was reasonable.

We moved into our home a few years ago. Our boiler was original, probably 70 yrs old. In less than two days, our boiler was removed and we had an updated system installed. From giving us an estimate to install and payment, we were very satisfied. They were punctual, explained the system, ensured that we were happy, and even put down mats so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. We are very satisfied and would recommend.

Master PHC converted my heating system from oil to gas. Fantastic work all around. I needed the work done relatively fast and they were able to do it at a very fair cost. Jamie and Lonnie were always very responsive to my questions, and the technicians who installed the new system were extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend this company. They are a ripoff and very dishonorable business. they told me they used a $437 dollar sealant because i MUST USE IT-WOW what a story what a lie -dishonorable need as explained and way OVERCHARGES as per the google charge when I looked it up. it as my unit would freeze . The cost at the refrigerator store on line was less than $99. I will never use them again and think they tell customers all sorts of not true issues and charge them enormous amounts of money which we as customers don't know any better. My total bill was over $1,300 and that was based on another name they used to lure me for $99 special tune up fee-into calling them for my air conditioner. The company was a complete and utter RIP OFF STAY AWAY FAR AS YOU CAN
don't use them if you don't like being ripped off. No guarantee even for 30 days on their work by the way NOTHING AT ALL .

Professional business. Technician explained thoroughly about situation of heating system. Checked all aspects of the system and was very knowledgeable. Office is organized and responsive. Pricing is on point. Technician was easy to talk to and took time explaining the system. Will use them again.
