Work performed was done perfectly.
My only issue was that l was told that it was a bit complicated/difficult (paraphrasing) so I thought it would have take many hours for the price I was charged. Job was finished in about 75 minutes.
I feel I was severely overcharged. I have another plumbing repair to be done so I call another company.

They installed 2 split A/C units and we can’t say enough good things! The technicians are very knowledgeable courteous and respectful of your home. They wear booties and clean up after they are finished. We had a question after the installation and even though it was a Saturday they responded promptly.

This was a big job, replacing the central air conditioning air handler unit tucked in the attic eaves of my very old house. I had one "expert" after another come in for advice and an estimate, and didn't trust any of them. I'm glad I found Master's. They sent a knowledgeable technician who helped us understand the problem and explained the pros and cons of different options. We ended up replacing the whole thing. The contract was clear and the work was guaranteed. The installers were outstanding. They were pleasant and respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my house. When I asked questions, they took the time to answer until I understood. Absolutely no mess when they left and they didn't leave until I had a functioning AC system. I couldn't be more grateful.

Chris showed up in time and was thorough with his work. Ordered what we needed and installed it the next day. Couldn’t have been easier.

Master Plumbing replaced our boiler/hot water heating system 21 years ago, and we were so happy that we repeated the pleasant experience again to have them install a new tankless heating and hot water system last week. We were again impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and passion. We especially appreciated Jamie, the owner, for his quick responses, even on Sunday, to our requests.
All the installers had their job done with a personal touch, kind and courteous. Tom, the technician, is absolutely fantastic, so patient in answering our questions. The whole job was done in a day, and in a very neat way. This is definitely a five-star company.

Back in February 2022, my heating system broke. After searching the web for someone local, I settled on Master Plumbing Heating Cooling ("MPHC") given their Google reviews. An older gentleman, Robert, came to my home. After his "diagnosis", Robert quoted me the low, low price price of $1,206.29 to repair my heater, claiming my gas value and thermocouple needed to be replaced. My gut told me Robert's "diagnosis" was way off given my disadvantageous position, so despite my home feeling like a meat locker, I paid MPHC's $96.68 "diagnosis" fee and called another area plumber who I felt would be fair and honest. Not surprisingly, the second plumber diagnosed my problem as a pilot outage caused by a faulty pilot safety assembly. Total cost, $265 AFTER I gave the very honest gentleman a $50 tip. Given the huge disparity in price, I called the manager of MPHC and told him my story and asked for some sort of refund to avoid writing a poor Google review on his business. The manager indicated he would speak to Robert and come back to me with a resolution. Well, I never received a call back and after weeks of contemplation, decided to write this review. Given my Google name is not my real name, I would be happy to furnish MPHC with my real name and the invoices offline hoping for a resolution after showing him the invoices for both service calls.

Professional, experienced and very efficient. We will definitely keep using Master Plumbing as our go-to plumbing service. They responded right away when we called with our outdoor leak and made timely repairs. We are extremely satisfied.

Master Plumbing installed new HVAC system in my home 18 months ago. Every aspect from sales to install to service has been fabulous. Jamie’s was informative without any high pressure sales tactics. The installers were neat and very knowledgeable. The service technician who came to my home today ,Anthony, was prompt, courteous and professional. The office staff worked with me to get an appointment that fit in my schedule. All on all a 5 star company

My association with Master Plumbing has happily existed for quite a while. This morning as I sought to turn the A/C I was met by an uncooperative machine that had worked only the day before!

As I called to beg for an appointment, it turns out that wasn’t necessary as Christine was able to not only give me an appointment today, but also around a medical appointment that had been made weeks ago.

When Rob rang my bell and took stock of my dilemma, his kind, quiet manner immediately put me at ease and assured me all would be well.

Not only did he easily fix the machine, he also taught me about a dehumidifier feature I never knew existed!

Thank you Master for hiring talented personable staff. I hope I don’t need to call them for something else….but if I do I’ll be assured of terrific results.
