    Master Plumbing Heating Cooling to the rescue. I was impressed with their service, their professionalism, and knowledge. They came right away, assessed my broken A/C system in the middle of a heat wave. Everyone I dealt with was helpful. I would highly recommend this company and am glad I found them.

    I called Master Plumbing because my fans air conditioning system wasn’t working. A service technician came the following day . Anthony arrived to my home as scheduled and he explained what he was going to do in a polite & professional manner. He checked the different devices & isolated the problem to a faulty thermostat.     This is the worst company you can ever use. All thieves and the main goal is to sell you something rather than help you with the problem you hired them for.
    I had just gotten from the hospital from the surgery. The temperature dropped and my heat would not work. They sent a technician who came in for 5 mins, did nothing to fix the heat and left with $380 confirming that the heat would come up soon. It’s been days.
    After several calls, I still don’t gave heat and there is no m’agencent apparently to speak with.
    Thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I selected 1 star because you have to select one option before you move forward!
    I round give the a -50 if I could.

    I just got the new central air conditioner installation done and I am so happy and satisfied with their job. All the installers are so nice and passionate to make all things to be perfect. They were professional and definitely they know what they’re doing. It’s worth of every penny. I am highly recommend.

    I am a happy customer Five stars all around. From the initial quote to customers service to the actual job. We replaced our oil heating system to a more efficient gas heating system and the job was executed to perfection. The guys we super professional and very clean. I really like the fact that they were very concerned about keeping my hardwood floors intact.. once again great job guys keep up the good work.

    I’m torn. Our technician was absolutely fantastic. Great guy. Professional, personable, and efficient. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

    The front office is utterly uncommunicative. They do not return phone calls unless you get upset, their contracts are flimsy and uninformative, and they will charge you for prices of equipment that cost them nothing unless you lean on them.

    Our tech got caught on a job and the office did nothing to inform us so that we could go in with our lives. We had to call twice to get a response. Also, for some reason they use a call center to forward work requests. I think they know they have a problem.

    Michael ,Masters technician, was very professional .the company did a good job at keeping me abreast as to when he was coming and what he looked like before he got here. We had a very unusual situation due to our house being 95 years old. Michael went out of his way to repair the pipe that we needed fixed.

    I contacted this company when my central AC unit was not working properly and I was having a leak in my ceiling. The technician came and without expecting the machine fully quickly said “we have to replace the entire thing and it will cost $13000”. He went to my outside unite and used his gages and then stated that he could replace my line for $3200 but no guarantee that would work (this shouldn’t be offered if it won’t work). The technician was in my Home for 15 minutes and gave me a price without actually doing anything, he then sat outside in his van for an additional 15 min to show the company he worked for 30 minutes on my problem. I was charged $135. After the quote I contacted another company, they came to my home inspected my machine. This small company took the time to inspect my unit, before applying gages they cleaned the outside unit, they cleared the line and not only diagnosed my problem but also fixed it without having to change the entire system. Not only that they came back the next day to make sure the problem was fixed.

    I contacted master plumbing to let them know of how the technician worked and inspected my unit. I was told to send them my receipt and they would work on a refund. After a week I contacted them again and they told me the technician did his job. They stated that the technician inspected the unit. I asked them (as I am not a specialist but I researched) if the proper procedure before checking gages would be to clean the system, make sure the line is not clogged and then diagnose. They argued with me but eventually gave me a diagnostic fee of $90.

    I am writing this to warn anyone who uses this company of how the technicians work and how this company will try to charge you without doing any work. The manager i spoke with agreed that if the technician did not clean the unit or inspect my leak (which was not written on his report) the technician was wrong. He also stated they should not have given me a quote.

    I was beyond disappointed by this service. I would have no problem paying the $135 if they would have actually cleaned the system and cleared the line and then told me they could not fix it. But they worked lazy and did the bare minimum.

    If anyone has an issue with their central AC unit please find a way to contact me and I will give you the number of a honest and reliable company that takes the time to do the job correctly without abusing the customer.
