I can highly recommend C & A! Our hot water heater wasn't working, and I called them late one day to ask for advice and possible replacement. After discussing options, I decided our 15-yr old unit was not worth fixing. Craig said he would contact the equipment supplier early the next morning and expected to be able to deliver and install a new unit the next day. He quoted a fair price (I checked it with another HVAC service). They completed the installation of the new unit the next day. The work was done very professionally, and they made sure to clean up after the job and remove all debris. Craig and company are fair, honest people that do great work. Very satisfied!

Failed to fix the problem. Every time they got it wrong. Leak kept happening and would make promises to fix and than fail to come back in a timely manner. Promised a refund, after contacting 3 times (and having it fixed properly by another company) he would be unresponsive and failed to provide the refund. I am out the money. It's been over six months months and still nothing. Extremely unprofessional.
