Dealing with an all encompassing vast very complex project involving a new 200 amp electric service upgrade, a new heat pump hot water heater, a highly efficient well designed new heat pump driven Heating and A/C Solution for the whole house, this crew hit it out of the park, while keeping track of all deliverables in a timely fashion and staying on budget.

We were all impressed with Adam’s obvious gifted ‘survey and design’ ability, availability, friendliness, honesty, patience, clear explanations, help with all official forms, daily work area cleanup, and most excellent communication to keep us in the loop with all things as he progressed through the project.

I could list dozens of ways he demonstrated throughout the install of the new heating/ AC system to show off his skills and talents but suffice to say that we would choose him again in a heartbeat, in a New York minute, and recommend him most strongly to friends and family, to work on any projects requiring his personal and professional skills.

We were looking to install a ductless a/c and heating system and had met with a number of contractors. Adam from Analytic Energy stood out from the pack. His recommendations were not based on what was best for him, but what was best for us. Adam and his crew were friendly, trustworthy and efficient. Bought a flip house. Whoever installed the central air ripped out all of the insulation from the attic. The second floor was freezing. We signed up with PSEG for our home efficiency test. Adam's company, Analytic Energy was assigned to us. A perfect match for my personality. Adam was on point with the assessment. Showing me all the reasons why my house was cold. He gave us the estimate, and we went forward with the job. He and his crew were amazing. On time every day and absolutely meticulous as the previous review stated. I literally watched him walk my driveway picking up any pieces of insulation or trash that was left over. they cleaned after every day they were here. I am so happy PSEG sent him and his great workers. I highly recommend Adam for anyone. He will likely be coming back for my oil to gas conversion!

We had cold rooms in our home and have been looking to get it taken care of for a while. We got the audit and Adam scheduled us right before the colder weather hit. Adam was very communicative so we knew what to expect. Even when some minor issues came up he explained thoroughly and was very forthcoming with recommendations (the price actually went down). The team was very clean and meticulous. My wife and i were very impressed with the job they did. The difference before and after the job was very noticeable. I regret not getting it done sooner. We had a bunch of big things we thought needed before we met with Adam - rezoning the HVAC, adding a small AC unit to an area of the house that wasn't getting cool, etc.

Adam assessed our home and convinced us to start with the basics. Insulation of attic space and filling up air gaps around the house. Then work from there.

We have lived with his improvements over the winter and now into the summer and can attest to his quality of work. Our house is warmer and more evenly heated in the winter and is cooler in the summer with less effort from the AC. It seriously feel like we got a new AC unit installed.

I highly recommend Analytic Energy to anyone in an older home who feel the cost of their utility bills don't match up to what they are getting out of it.

My wife and I were frequently cold in our house in the winter and had to keep the thermostat set high to be comfortable. Our heating bills were very high. We were advised we could have a free energy audit through an Energy Star program funded by New York State. Analytic Energy LLC was recommended to us by PSEG. They performed a comprehensive energy audit of our home using sophisticated testing equipment and very detailed room by room inspection. They showed us with special cameras where the cold was coming in and the heat escaping. They also inspected the basement and attic and the heating & AC systems. They were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. They developed a detailed Home Energy Audit Report based on what they found along with a list of suggestions to improve our situation which was prioritized based on what gave the biggest return on investment and what addressed our issues of being comfortable based on our lifestyle. There was absolutely no sales pressure or expectation of any kind placed on us. We could have taken the audit report and filed it away and moved on.
We decided, however, to have some work done which involved sealing air leaks and installing new insulation in the attic and some outside walls. We qualified for an Energy Star rebate and Analytic Energy was required to perform all the work according to the Energy Star standards and to submit regular reports to PSEG on exactly how everything was done and to assure it met their standards. Particular attention was paid to maintaining good, safe inside air quality as the house was made "tighter"
The workers that performed the work were always punctual, courteous and considerate of our needs as they moved about our home. They always explained what they were doing and what the next step and time frame was. Their work was neat and organized and they thoroughly cleaned everything up as they went along.
Our house is definitely warmer and less drafty than in the past and we seem to able to keep the thermostat at a steady rate and still be comfortable without always turning it up to take the chill off and then turning it back down. It seems like the heat is retained in the house and is more even than before. Since we just had the work completed it's too early to have specific savings figures but as we get the bills for the 2nd half of December, January, February and March we anticipate substantial savings compared to past years. We should save on air conditioning costs this summer as well because cool air will be retained and hot, humid air not drawn in.
All in all it has been a positive experience and we are already enjoying the benefits of being more energy efficient and expect many years of comfort and savings in the years ahead.
