John, got to my house very quickly on a hot day. The split A/C's in 2 of my children's rooms were not working. He quickly recharged the system and got the AC's working again so everyone could sleep comfortably. A real life saver. While he was working at my house he also took a look at a split AC unit at my in law's house, 2 houses away on the same block. He found a leak and made the repair.

This was a positive experience from start to finish. John was very kind and professional on the phone, showed up precisely on time and quickly fixed the issue. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again if The need arises.

Simply helpful and honest! I’d have been happy to book a service call and see the problem fixed and they could quite easily have done that. But instead I was asked a few questions and they immediately diagnosed the problem which I could easily fix myself with their help over the phone. Job done at no cost. Least I can do it let everyone know how helpful they are with a review.

My 97 year old mother has a new ac/heat unit that she said was not working. Still under warranty I spent 2 weeks on the phone trying to get someone to her house. When finally I was put in touch with John at Advance he called me immediately and listened to my tale of woe. He then called my mother and walked her through how to operate the unit correctly and it worked. Easy fix but he was the only company to respond after 12 calls and several angry emails to the company the unit was purchased from.

I highly recommend using Advance AC. In 25 years in New York, John was by far the most professional, quick, and honest air conditioner repair service we have used. He and his technicians are knowledgeable, spend ample time explaining repairs and installations, and are responsive and friendly. He exceeded our expectations, and we will happily use him again!

I had issues with my ac smelling funny, and the rear grill looking a bit wonky from the outside. John took care of everything very promptly and professionally. He put together a great looking frame for the rear grill and got rid of the weird smell in very little time. He explained everything he was doing and made me confident everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this service.

John was absolutely the best! He managed to figure out the issue with our Friedrich AC unit very quickly when others could not. He is extremely communicative and an awesome person to work with! Highly recommended and will definitely be returning back to him for future repairs or AC units!

Our two month old Friedrich Wallmaster stopped working. Friedrich gave us this companies number for warranty repair and we called right away. He picked up right away, and we made an appointment for Monday with times we would be available. He said he would call with a time frame. Monday morning 5/23/22 my wife called to see what time they would be coming by. The mailbox was full and the message said to leave a text. So my wife left a text. Time came and went. My wife texted again mid afternoon and still no response. It is now 8:30pm. No show. Barring any catastrophe, since everyone else seemed to have a good experience with this company, this is unacceptable. It’s one thing to cancel. It’s another thing to not respond and not show up!

Definitely cannot recommend. Now we have to go through the process of finding someone else to do the warranty repair.
