Hired them to charge the remote refrigerant lines for a walk-in fridge and ice machine. Took a week to get them to show up just to look at the system, they gave me a reasonable quote, took another two weeks for a technician to show up. They got the walk-in running no problem, didn't look at the specs for the ice machine and only added a tiny bit of refrigerant.

I sent them a screenshot of the specs from the service manual, got them to come back which took another two weeks, and they STILL didn't add enough refrigerant. The technician said he thought the ice machine was broken. Had to hire a different company and pay another thousand dollars and they just...topped off the refrigerant. So the ice machine wasn't broken. I called up G.N. to explain that and they insisted that I must have had the different company do some other kind of work. I sent them a photo of the invoice from the other company, they still didn't believe me.

So, I guess they're ok if you have a really easy job. Any complications and they'll become hard to get ahold of and be stubborn and difficult.

Could not be happier . They went out of their way . Changed out the entire system in my home . Not 1 issue and left everything clean . Do not hesitate . This company is the only one I’ll trust with my units .

Hired George for HVAC system installation and regret it till today. He left the system with leaks and never came back to fix it. He promised to show up every time and eventually stopped picking my calls. I had to hire another company to fix the system and paid twice. STAY AWAY from them.
