Apple Air Heating Cooling Electric and Plumbing

This was my first time using Apple Air for a plumber and I was more than pleased with Anthony P. He was very dependable and great work performed he found exactly where the leak was coming from after doing a thorough inspection. Thank you for the professional service that you rendered. Will definitely be using Apple Air again if needed.

I have used apple air for 15 yrs. They installed my AC and my furnace and I have used them for an annual contract since. The company changed ownership and it has been a nightmare since. A few days ago I had a tune up and there was a strange “supervisor” hanging around. This individual lied to me about laws and the condition of my unit and what was needed. The upsell was horrifying and at this point I don’t even trust that apple did not sabotage my unit. The strange slimey “supervisor” left and the tech then told me it was the new ceo. The tech also admitted to me that the report was embellished and I don’t need all the services. The company is crooked. They left equipment at my house and I want that slimey supervisor to come pick it up but ofcourse he is no where to be seen (the equipment gets thrown out with the trash in the next pickup if I don’t hear from “Patrick” - I told that to the tech and also called Apple Air to inform them of my dissatisfaction and that I am throwing out anything left here if I don’t hear from the “supervisor” before the next trash pickup). Run don’t walk away from this company. Crooked as can be.

Original appointment date of 5/22/23 a plumber was dispatched instead of an electrician as requested since 5/18/23. That should have been a clear indicator. The next day 5/23/23
2 electricians came and installed 1 outlet which took less than 30min. and charged $570.00! PLEASE BE AWARE!

Anthony and CJ were extremely fast and efficient! I had an issue with my hot water heater in which I had no hot water. With in 15 mins Anthony figured out the problem
And got my hot water up and running. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician and professional service. Would recommend to any of my friends or family ! Thanks again !!!

Apple’s a/c service technician, Stanley, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is an asset to their company and I was glad to have benefited from his professionalism.

John was truly outstanding ,He was on time gave a great estimate and was ready to make a date to install . I mean On Point ! Nest Step Called the company and they was equally impressive by allowing me to take advantage of a coupon to lower my bill
Working with my condo management has not been a breeze when trying to get the work done . The plumbing company has to provide their credentials it has to be approved before they can shut the water down .
Can I tell you the process was smooth like butter All completed within the week . Great Job ! Highly recommended

Adrian came out this morning to fix our AC pump. He was quick, friendly and professional. He resolved the issue in no time. We were very happy with him and his service. We also assumed the cost would be astronomical and were pleasantly surprised that it was reasonable.

Vinny, from Apple Air, came by my house recently to give my heating system a tune up. He was very thorough, examining both my indoor and outdoor units. He was able to answer all my questions and assured me that I had a great system which was functioning well. For a reasonable price, I was able to purchase a membership which will not only give me a discount on any future work I might need, but will also enable me to have a tune up for my electrical, plumbing, and cooling systems.
