Apple Air Heating Cooling Electric and Plumbing

As a service contract holder I had to wait months for me beginning of the season service appointment. I was told tech would be there between 9-1 and to call to get a smaller window. I called twice to get the window, was promised call backs that I never received. When no one arrived by 1:30 I called the main office and was told my tech would be there after 4. I was furious since I had waited around all day already and was told I should probably cancel my appointment since the tech more likely would be there after 5 pm. This is not my first bad experience with this company and now will contacting another company for a service contract for next year.

Anthony P was great ! He came in resolved our issue with efficiency and patience. He answered all of our questions & left us at ease with our plumbing issue. Will till everyone about this great company !

John and CJ did a phenomenal job fixing multiple plumbing issues, including replacing a shower valve. They were on time, had all the equipment on hand and finished the job quickly and with courtesy. Would highly recommend!

Setting an appointment was easy. The technicians that came to my home were John K. and Nick L. They were very professional and knowledgeable of the tasks I needed done. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Would definitely recommend to others.

Plumbing System Evaluation and AC evaluation preformed by Nick L. And Matt D. They were both super thorough and explained everything in great detail. They both provide options and recommendations. Professional and courteous with excellent customer service skills.

I never write reviews but I was just taken back with the service. Each and every person I spoke to gave me their full attention and took the time to break down and explain everything. I felt confident with choosing Apple Air to take care of this installation and I was not let down. They did a great job in a timely manner and were very profession.

Charlie was a very professional and knowledgeable HVAC tech. He preformed multiple diagnostic tests to help resolve the issues with my AC unit. He was friendly and willing to explain the issues with my system.

Amazing job from Anthony.P! A great guy and great help. I needed to have a plumber come over to check my gas lines for a potential leak and Anthony was very professional and knew his stuff! I highly recommend this company and make sure you ask for Anthony if you can!.. also turns out there was no leak so that’s a plus!

We had a complimentary electric check by technician Anthony. He was really great! He pointed out some issues we should take care of. My husband and I agreed. Anthony did the work very professionally and promptly. He was very pleasant and not at all busy. He cleaned up after he was done. We were extremely happy with the service we received. If we have any electrical problems in the future we will be sure to request Anthony.

Terry and Anthony showed up on time . They were very professional and they kept us informed every step of the way. They encountered some difficulties but worked diligently as a team to figure it out and everything was done very professionally.
