Apple Air Heating Cooling Electric and Plumbing

Apple Air installed a Bosch heat pump on January 23, 2023. It did not work. My "energy efficient" heating source required sky high electric bills until I just turned it off and went back to using my natural gas system. In early March, they finally diagnosed a faulty thermostat in the unit. Since then, the story is that Bosch wasn't manufacturing the part so I have a $24K non-functioning heat pump. All of the excuses of supply chain problems might be acceptable but the fact that they repeatedly tell me that they'll call, will show up, that the part is coming in soon with no action on their part reflects a total disregard for customer service. I do not like to resolve problems using a google review, but after over 17 contacts with Apple Air with no resolution in sight, I feel compelled to warn others of their poor service.

John A. arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He took his time diagnosing the problem with our central air system. He also answered all the questions we had about his suggestions for repairing the system. No sales "upsell" nonsense. He's coming back next week to conclude the diagnostics. We are pleased so far.

Apple Air was responsive from the start. They provided updates as to when the technician would arrive. Once here, the technicians were very knowledgeable and determined what the problem was within a very reasonable amount of time. They were able to repair the system on the same visit for a fair price. They provided clear explanations regarding the issues and were detailed in their pricing which was fair. I will definitely use them moving forward with any issues I may have.

The service was outstanding, from going over the financing with Leonard to the installation of the ducts. Romel, Christain and Brandon did a fantastic job from start to finish installling the units quick and professionally. They answered any questions me and my wife gave them and showed us how the units work. Truly a fantastic company and great workers would recommend to anyone 👍🏽.

Anthony P came to the house ontime and fixed the faucet without any problem. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, didnt mind sharing his experience with the repair and even helped me replace a water filter free of charge. It's been a great experience with him.

We needed some electrical work done to use our new dryer. Anthony V. Was on time was VERY professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and discussed prices before he started. He also gave insight and understanding to things we can change and do I’m the future to better out home. I highly recommend Anthony V services and look forward to continued services with him.
