I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Apple Air Heating and Cooling that I feel compelled to share. It all began when I contacted them to address an electrical issue at my house. Little did I know that this would turn out to be a complete waste of time and money.
Upon calling their customer service, I was informed that it would cost $79 for a technician to come to my house and diagnose the problem. Considering the reputation of Apple Air Heating and Cooling, I expected a professional and efficient service. However, that was far from the reality.
When the technician finally arrived, I quickly realized that I had made a grave mistake in choosing this company. Instead of conducting a proper diagnosis as promised, the technician barely spent any time examining the issue at hand. To my disbelief, he immediately quoted a whopping $567 to fix the problem without even determining what the actual issue was. This lack of professionalism and diligence was not only frustrating but also highly deceptive.
It is utterly unacceptable for a company to charge such exorbitant fees without conducting a thorough diagnosis. This sort of behavior raises serious doubts about their integrity and competence. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who are seeking reliable and trustworthy service.
Moreover, the overall attitude and demeanor of the technician were appalling. He displayed a complete lack of respect and understanding towards the customer, failing to explain the problem or provide any meaningful information. This level of unprofessionalism left me feeling frustrated, cheated, and thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience.
Based on my encounter with Apple Air Heating and Cooling, I strongly advise against using their services. Their unprofessional conduct, deceptive pricing, and failure to fulfill their basic obligations are not characteristics of a reputable company. I urge others to explore alternative options and find a company that values its customers and delivers on its promises.
In conclusion, my experience with Apple Air Heating and Cooling was a complete disaster. Their failure to diagnose the electrical issue, combined with the outrageously high quote, left me thoroughly disappointed. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a competent and trustworthy heating and cooling service provider.

John A.came to my home Saturday, dressed in professional gear and put shoe covers on which was very respectful. He spoke beautiful English and he was very articulate transparent upfront, knowledgeable, professional, and I felt I could trust him immediately after five minutes of speaking with him. I haven’t had AC in two -three wks for various reasons and he assessed the situation. He took his time and he was the Messiah of the day. I have AC now.!! He gave me options. He was calm and at ease, and my stress and anxiety was resolved !!! I highly recommend them. Thank you John and thank you APPLE.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to the wonderful dispatch team for service and they made me feel like me and my family mattered to them. I know they have plenty of clients but I felt like the only one today. My dad is 80 years old and he had his AC go off last night. He has a hard time breathing due to his asthma. I called for his yearly tune up thinking that was the issue. I was informed that I needed a service instead. At this point they got a tech over to my dads house and the tech went over everything with us. After selecting the work my dad wanted done. The tech proceeded to a fast, clean, and stress relieving service. My dad doesn’t trust many people but he trusts the team at Apple air. If I could give them a 10 I would have!!! I absolutely will call again and will get them over to my house in the near future.

While it took over one year for this company to fix an issue I had with my new system I want to commend Attic Adrian for taking the time to find my issue and fix it. His service was impeccable and he was also very personable and interested in answering any questions that we asked. He went above and beyond. Our hope is that anytime we need service we can get Adrian to come to our house.

Shannon was an absolute delight to work with! She was extremely patient and answered every question I had about ductless vents. Installation was painless, and the crew cleaned up as promised. My favorite part, NO HIDDEN FEES! I have found with every home improvement, we need to tack on an additional few hundred dollars to each estimate as there is always “a surprise issue”. I commend Apple Air on their truthful estimate and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Positive: Our technician was punctual, clean, and organized. He set up protective barrier to the work site and even wore booties.
Negative: We had to use a different company to diagnose the leak issue and still be charged their $249 diagnostic fee. Was charged $3k for slab leak repair of pin-hole leak.

We just bought a new house and it’s an older home so many things went at once. Electric went out in the kitchen and a leak in our children’s room. Matt came to repair our ac which made a leak in our ceiling ! He was amazing! He was here in time, was extremely friendly and helped us significantly! Our house is back to new because of him! Ask for Matt he is the best for ac repair ! Love this company! We highly suggest it !

Charlie, the technician who came to fix my air conditioner, was unbelievably good. He patiently explored why the leak problem was occurring and didn’t stop until he figured it out and fixed it. Really great customer service, and an extremely skilled technician who was committed to figuring out the problem and solving it. Thank you, Charlie.
