All I can say is the tech that came here to unplug my kitchen sink was fantastic. She did an absolutely great job! I called and the next day Cellino sent Britney to unplug my sink I thank her very much for all she did. She is professional and courteous.

Overall great experience! Nick was courteous and professional. This is the second time I’ve used Cellino for a service and I won’t hesitate to call again.

Our Basement was flooding and we needed a jetting for our main sewage clean out. Daniel arrived on a Sunday during a home game and took his time figuring out the best way to get at the problem. Long story short he got us cleared out and good to go. Great attitude. Great company.
My only criticism is that the dispatcher told me a tech would be arriving at a specific time (8am) and I was bailing out sewage water till 2pm. I wish they would have told me that it wasn’t a guaranteed timeframe. I asked point blank about how many on call techs they have and I was told only one for all of western New York. So I’m impressed with that one tech making it to me at all- but I’m a little shocked that a bigger company like this has only one tech on call during off times. Maybe that’s not true all the time. I don’t know. All in all- I’m happy. I would still rate the whole experience as positive and professional. I will be definitely calling them again.

The great guys at Cellino replaced about 8ft of the outdoor waste pipe from just outside the basement. The job was difficult as there was limited space for a small excavator and no harm a very old tree. They completed the job, did not harm the tree, cleaned up the yard and were professional in every way. Great job!!!

The technician Dylan was knowledgeable and very professional. Easy to talk to and helped me diagnose my problem and explained what needed to be done and why he needed to do the work to get my system up and running.

Technician was able to diagnose and quickly repair the problem. We got same day service and a veterans discount too. Very pleased.

My burners weren’t turning on so I wasn’t getting any heat in the house. I had National Fuel come out to make sure I didn’t have a leak. Once no leak was confirmed. I found these guys and they came the next day. Would’ve came same day, but I wasn’t home. Jacob Kumiega was fast and efficient and now I have heat again. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions! He’s great at customer service and will go far in whatever he does! Will definitely be using you guys next year.-Jennifer Francis

Adam, the plumber, did excellent work in replacing the broken piping under the kitchen sink that had been poorly done by Home Depot when we had new granite countertops and sink installed three years ago. Adam was personable and very professional, explaining carefully what he was doing to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Cellino and their professional services!!
