Cellino Plumbing was here in a pinch when we needed someone right away so we could take care of our customers. They talked us through what the problem was and gave us options to take care of it. James, Nick and their team did a great job!

Cellino plumbing was responsive and timely. Communication was excellent throughout the visit. Andrew was professional and explained what he determined to be the issue and how he was addressing it. Very satisfied with Cellino and highly recommend. Have used Cellino previously and recommended them to my neighbors who also employed Cellino.

Water heater on a Saturday. Cellino does it all including taking care of veterans. Justin was awesome and helped navigate a tricky trendy water tank system. He was amazing and not pushy. Thanks for the last minute help.

The original work received was awful, which in itself was disappointing, but on top of that, the attitude and pile of excuses really left me feeling uncomfortable using this company again. I was originally told the cost would be for copper and then ended up with plastic piping which is much cheaper but the cost didn't change for the work. I wasn't consulted or informed that this change was happening during the installation so I was pretty boosted at the end. The installation itself was not professional with screws barely into the supports and the supports resting on the item it was holding. When I asked the technician why and told them the work didn't look right, they made excuses and I was told that's just the way it needed to be at the end of the install. I felt uncomfortable and called to inquire further later and I was met with a lot of attitude and resistance. There was a lot of defensiveness for the technician when the other person hadn't even seen the work yet. I was finally able to get someone to come back out to look at it and they agreed it was not done properly but at the same time started making excuses for the poor work by saying well if it was the end of the day sometimes the technicians try to get out quickly or maybe they were having some personal things going on. I found this extremely unprofessional. Everyone has stuff going on and it's s not fair to thrust that into your customers who also have their own personal stuff going on. If your employees can't compete a job properly, apologize to the customer. Don't make excuses for bad work. Not once in the entire time that this was all happening was there ever an apology given for the poor work or wasting my time over and over for the multiple appointments that has to take place. When they finally came to fix the issue after rescheduling multiple times I wasn't even able to get the fix I wanted because they fixed one part first which would've been broken again if they tried to fix the second part. So the original technician basically gave me an ultimatum of take the second part as is or it'll probably break the first thing again. I pointed out to the technician that basically they were telling me that they fixed the items in the wrong order then. And they just said yes and asked what I wanted to do. It would've cost money to fix the other thing if it broke so I didn't really have much of an option and I felt uncomfortable. The whole exchange was uncomfortable and upsetting and I don't feel like I was treated properly as a customer both in the service or in the attitude received. I don't know how you can run a business by treating a customer like this. A simple apology at any point would've gone a long way.

I am a repeat customer of cellino plumbing. The technicians that installed my new hot boiler heater system furnace and water tank we're absolutely awesome. They communicated when they would be there and showed up right on time. After the installation was completed they explained everything to us and professionally cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Cellino
plumbing to everyone that I know.

We had 2 plumbers within a week.
First guy claimed that the underground pipes were frozen (possibly true), second guy claimed that we needed completely new pipes. Which would’ve cost us over $5000.
In reality, the first plumber turned off certain water valves and never turn them back on, the second plumber didn’t see the fact that these valves were off & said that the pipes needed to be replaced in the whole house.
Not sure if they purposely tried to scam my family for $5k of repairs or if they didn’t care about their jobs to properly investigate the issue.

Joel was super helpful at helping install a new gas line for a new stove I purchased. Quick and easy no issues at all. Great at his job would recommend again!

Andrew was our technician who made a late Sunday afternoon visit after a pipe burst. He was very helpful, took time to explain several options and afterwards took time to label important shutoffs. Thank goodness for plumbers.

Cellino Plumbing is the best plumbing service! Their staff is fantastic, very pleasant and accommodating. Their technicians are top notch. Nick did a lot of work at our house and was very precise and knowledgeable. Adam just came out for routine maintenance and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable!

Dan Neuman is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Cellino and himself worked with us every step of the way. We had some things happening that were just unexplainable. Even the AO SMITH REP couldn't explain it. In the end he honored all his work and ended up working with AO SMITH to help out even after the warranty was two years past. He treated us with respect and his work is phenomenal. Even through all the questioning I never seen him sweat. He's a very confident and knowledgeable plumber. You got a customer for life thank you Cellino and especially Dan!
