Just wanted to commend Cellino Plumbing on their hiring choices. I've had around a dozen different Cellino employees at my residence over the past couple years. I have met some of the nicest, most cordial people ever. I don't like having people work on my home, because most people don't treat it like it's their own home. I have horror stories about other contractors, and that's why I continue to choose Cellino for plumbing and HVAC. Cellino's price is typically higher than other contractors, but it's DEFINITELY worth it. Just wanted to say thank you to all the Cellino employees. You guys are the best for sure.

Please tell your service people, they are the reason that I choose Cellino. So let them know, keep being who you are and treating customers like you treat me! Thank you!!!

We had to have are kitchen faucet replaced so I gave it a chance and called these guys. I couldn't be anymore happier. They send you details and a picture of what technician is coming to your home, they arrive on time and are very helpful and professional. They are our new go to plumber when needed. Very satisfied and happy. Our technician was Andrew he was just hands down awesome. Thank you so so much

NEVER AGAIN. Terrible. My hot water tank was leaking. Called Cellino because I have used them in the past and was pleased with the service. Never again. They installed a hot water tank which cost me $1700. The next morning the tank was leaking again. Called back and someone came out to look at it. I was told at that point in time that it was the pump that was faulty. Paid $277 for the pump on top of spending $1700 the day before. The service tech then told me he couldn’t tell me with 100% confidence that I even needed a new hot water tank. Money is tight right now and I have had tons of monetary expenses going through fertility treatments, I am working two jobs, and now had to spend $1700 on a water tank I might not have even needed. I wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone.

If you want it done right the first time, use Cellino. They are extremely responsive and can usually provide service within a day or two. Huge amount of professional expertise amongst their technicians. Support a locally owned company that is very generous, and gives back to the community in SO many ways. Plus, our dogs love all their technicians!

Andrew Jachlewski arrived within 1-2 hours of my stressed phone call about plumbing issues. He quickly rectified the immediate problem and offered additional work that would help to prevent the issue from returning. He returned 5 days later and completed that work in addition to a few smaller jobs that I had requested. I am very satisfied with all the work performed.

Andrew has a very professional and kind manner and explains clearly and patiently what needs to be done and why. I will not hesitate to call Cellino & HVAC again with any plumbing or heating/cooling needs.

Fast service; Dylan explained all he was going to do in detail; fixed a minor problem he discovered, got the a/c up and running; very good repair and maintainence fee; will definitely call them again. Recommend them highly.

Adam expertly & quickly diagnosed and located what needed to be repaired for a burst pipe that had leaked through a ceiling. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, professional & personable & explained what needed to be done & quickly made the repair. Thank you Adam - you are an exceptional plumbing expert. After dropping off my husband at the airport at 5am and going back to bed, I woke up to one kid doing the dishes (yay) and the other kid shortly thereafter saying there's water in the basement. The kitchen cabinet under the sink was full of warm soapy water.
I scheduled (on a Sunday) an appointment online for Monday. But received a call saying there was no availability until Tuesday. Sigh, OK, but if there are openings on Monday, please call me. Monday morning I get a call saying someone will be there between 12 and 4 and I'll receive a call 30min before. Score! By 4:15 I hadn't heard anything so I reached out. I was told someone would still be there, just the last job took longer than expected. Then got another call asking the specifics of my issue, then reassured that someone would still be there. Really appreciate the good communication! Then I got a text saying Justin is on his way. Justin was great! I could tell he appreciated the work I'd done to problem solve (my husband was out of town, but walked me through a couple ideas). I'm so thankful that my plumbing issue was fixed quickly! Justin definitely did his due diligence and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Will definitely use Cellino for any future issues! Thank you thank you!!

Kyle came to our house late to check out a backed up pipe. He was so professional, thorough and did all he could do while it was snowing, cold and late. This is the only company we use for any household problems. Fabulous work, smart and skilled employees.

Justin was awesome and kind!!! As always, their services are quick! I inquired via their website and within minutes they contacted me and was able to have them show up the next morning....they are amazing in their service. Every time they conduct a service, they are quick and get the job done well. This is the 5th time they provide their services. Others services include: fixed our heater, install our new dual oven/stove, fix & maintenance our AC, and installed a new sink disposal, since ours broke, and now they fixed our backed up bathroom sink.
