Of course, the hot water tank started leaking on a weekend! Cellino was the first to return my call. A technician was at my house pretty fast! Ryan was very professional and friendly. He explained what was wrong in laymans terms and all of my options. Since my husband was out of town I was going to be making the decision. And i had no idea what it all entailed. He gave me a detailed estimate on each one with an explanation. He scheduled a time during the week to replace the tank. And he was very puntual, if not early ,the 2 days that were needed to complete the job. I trusted him completely and felt fine leaving him at the house by himself.
I feel like he went above and beyond! We have an old house so some of the pipes needed to be replaced.
I highly recommend Cellino Plumbing and Ryan especially, even if it isn't an emergency.

Technicians Shawn and Walker were very professional. Did the job quickly and to satisfaction. Cleaned up better than when they started the job . Both get my vote for Employees of the Month.

Shawn and his co-worker, whose name escapes me, were great! I called with my drain issue, they were there within an hour or so and gave me what I believe to be an extremely reasonable price.

Work was completed quick and efficient and was cleaned up like they were never here. Would recommend them to anyone!!

We had no heat called other company’s including the company that the boiler was bought from (Emerald). Emerald said the next day for a technician between 8-4pm. Cellino said within an hour. Troy was at our house in 30 minutes and got our boiler up and running. He was professional and told us we needed a new boiler. He was not pushy and understanding. Today they started putting our high efficiency boiler and water heater. We had planned to get it from somewhere else however, they suck and don’t care about their customers. I had a plumbing leak on the valve that was on the main water line. Andy was our technician. He explained everything thoroughly before I agreed that he could do the work. He was very courteous and helpful. I felt comfortable that all was done as it should be. I highly recommend Cellino because of my experience with this company.

Had a basement flood due to a sump pump issue, was after hours plumber came no extra charge, he diagnosed a stuck valve freed it up. Valve was replaced, due to the age of the sump pump replaced it as well. Good value, plumber a super nice young man. Great job at a fair price. Response time was also great.

Our technician, Andy, was attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made a thorough examination of our plumbing and explained his concerns and how to address them clearly. An excellent visit.

So first off, the customer service and ease of availability rocked. The woman on the phone who confirmed my appointment was very kind, and the tech that came out was very nice and professional.

I had a clog in my house trap. We could not locate a vent, nor a clean out. I paid to have a camera check up to see what could be found. The diagnosis was ultimately that the trap was at a far end of my house and that excavation was most likely needed.

A local plumbing company came to my house just out of curiosity because I had cancelled my appointment with them. He ended up spending so much more time with me and we discovered that where Cellino said excavation would happens was simply a dead end 90 degree drain pipe.

In short, the service was fine, kind people. But I'm sure due to having a lot of appointments, due diligence was not done and I ended up saving myself at least a thousand dollars by me and the other plumber being more curious.

These guys came to check out a sewer line! They got it cleared out and did a great job explaining everything. The best thing is that they were able to get here early the next day!

Andrew Jachlewski is the epitome of technicians. He was very precise, neat, clean and friendly. He was extremely professional and did excellent work. I am typically fussy with my things and doing the job the right way from the first time. Andrew went out of his way to make my experience one of the best I have had with installing my new appliances.
