Elite Air Conditioning and Beyond is superbly reliable at both installing large-scale rooftop units and servicing individual room air conditioning units. Prompt, considerate, affordable and proactive, we had them obtain two rooftop units during COVID shortages; that involved hiring a crane, installing the units and new ductwork. They did it all with remarkable efficiency and skill. They went beyond the large-scale job to service 7 small units in our brownstone coop. When you operate a small building, finding a vendor of Elite's quality is a blessing. We are grateful and recommend them highly.

Called J&M from where we live (4 hours away) right after Memorial Day and obviously they were booked up for a week. Low and behold, they called me right back in an hour, and made time for our daughter. She received same day service! J&M was able to go to our daughter's new rental in Brooklyn, and they serviced 4 Mini-Splits ( not at all our favorite machines :-/ ), in a timely manner, that hadn't been touched in probably 5 years! Filters looked like blankets! They cleaned all of the coils, flushed the drain lines, filters look beautiful now, and wiped the machines from stained yellow to white! They also charged up the condenser outside with much needed Freon, and the labor for that was on the house with them! All and all, great communication, fast on-time service, fair price/easy payment, and all 4 machines run and look great now. They even explained that the compressor was on its way out (might last another year to 2), the landlord can address that... smh Thank you, James@J&M!

James and his team installed a completely new central heating and AC system for our house, as well as a split unit for a smaller space upstairs. After we contacted him he visited us in person to gain an understanding of our requirements, and he then worked with us extensively in selecting equipment that matched our specifications. Installation took place exactly as discussed and was completed ahead of schedule. The team was professional and courteous, and they cleaned up the space afterwards and hauled away all of the old equipment. Most important, we have now used the system through a hot summer and a cold winter, and we are very comfortable. We are very happy with the new system and appreciate the hard work of James and team.

I found these guys online Google so I really did not know what I was going into but I have to say I really got lucky finding these guys. James is very professional, most importantly knows his Stuff and prices are very fair for a high quality level of Service.
