Set up an appointment to have them come and give me an estimate to install central AC. They called the day before to confirm the appointment between 12 &1 pm. When 1:30 pm sat came the next day i called two #s I had for them to see if they were still coming as maybe they were running late. Left messages advising we had an appointment and to please call me as I can not wait all day and that they had called me and confirmed on friday. I even called BJ wholesale which is where I got their name from and they could not reach them. Today is now Monday at 530 pm.... never got a call back.... they were a no show.... very unprofessional to me. If your too busy and dont want the work then be honest or do not make appointments and let people waste their time waiting.

The driver of this company was assigned to do some work in a house, and this guy decided to block my drive, for more than 6 hours, despite someone in my house complaints. He just ignored us.
We call to report the issue, and he moved few inches, so we called the company again.
The complaint is that across the street there is PLENTY of parking space there, he just decided to bother us. Next time I will not be so polite
