I couldn’t be more pleased with Jet Air from start to finish. They were super friendly and responsive from the moment I contacted them for a quote to convert from oil to gas. Jon was super informative and detailed about all options available and guided his recommendations based on my mere mention of future expansion of bathroom backed up to boiler. They offered finance options and were able to start and finish the project immediately. When I had questions Jon called me personally late evenings and truly was an honest, kind and knowledgeable professional. His team even made multiple mentions of how he makes sure they have the best of the best equipment/tools to do the job such as a special electrical lift to help rid the old broiler without breaking their backs. The finished job was neat and truly perfected to allow us the best possible outcome! Thank you Jet Air we will be referring you for years to come!!

John and his crews have handled everything from yearly service of my Buderus condensing boiler to repairs, additions to my plumbing and heating systems as well as the occasional emergency stuff my mother in law had with her heating unit. JetAir service is five star. The office is prompt and efficient in responding to my requests. John is an owner who cares deeply for the outstanding reputation reputation he’s worked so hard at earning. I’d highly recommend JetAir for anything HVAC or plumbing and heating.

We had a great experience with them! They installed a brand new HVAC system for us. The team was on time, professional and they did an amazing job.

I hate to even write a review like this, but this guy had ZERO respect for my time and completely blew me off. I called and scheduled to have them come to my home and give me an estimate to install a humidifier. I took the day off of work so I could accommodate their visit. After he was supposed to show up, he called me to say he was running behind, and then some how got out of the visit entirely (he stated he’d email me some humidifier information but that would’ve been nice to know that before I rearranged my work schedule). By the way, still waiting for that email weeks later. Not cool.

I called and they came exactly when they said. Honest company. Ben is a great tech. His boss Bob was right on. I wish be calling them for an upgrade soon

This is the second time I have had an emergency and the second time I have called Jon at Jet air. I text him at 10pm last night he had someone at my house at 8am today. Problem was fixed by 930am. I highly recommend.

Jet Air company was the best. John and his dad came to our rescue when our water heater broke down and was leaking. They were punctual, friendly and affordable, they had a pleasant attitude and gave us good advise about our heating system. We would recommend them to all friends and family.

Woke up to a cold house (62 degrees), the boiler stopped working. I phoned the company, and they moved around some appointments to accommodate me. The technician Kyle, arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and he knew his boilers. He diagnosed it immediately, needed a new thermal coupling, he replaced it and we were back in business. The price was reasonable and fair. I would def recommend this company, Kyle was knowledgeable and professional hard to find good service people. Great job!
