From the start Jon in sales was very informative, took his advice on which unit would meet my needs. Installers finished the job in one day, very professional and clean. Jon stopped by making sure everything was going smooth and followed up with a phone call at the end of the day, he definitely went above and beyond, I will continue to use Jen air for all my maintenance needs. Jen Air is a great company I've used for years. They are reliable. When calling for an appointment, their staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. When actually coming to the house, the workers are punctual and professional. I get maintenance done twice a year and trust the work they do. I highly recommend them!

I have had a very good experience with Jen Air. The service tech (Eric) is a very knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, polite young man. Jen Air should be very proud to have him represent their company.
Everyone in the office is always polite, responsive and very helpful even when it's 90 degrees out and they are handling dozens of calls a day.

Superb Service both from company and technician. The gentleman that fixed our unit was an absolute professional from start to finish. Without even asking or thinking about it at that moment on my end, he covered his shoes with booties before entering my home, that initial detail was an amazing sign. Moving forward, the gentleman took the time to explain what was happening for me to have an understanding which is a huge plus. Lastly, he fixed our AC unit issues providing me detail explanation of his work considering i have zero knowledge or know-how. This type of service and level of professionalism is what separates TOP level companies from the rest.

They installed my entire Hvac system over a year ago. They were priced well and did the job quickly and efficiently. They guys were all really nice and easy to work with. I noticed that my ac didnt seem to be cooling like ot should on very hot days. Jenn Air came to look at it within 2 days of calling. The tech that came was friendly and got right to work. These guys know what they are doing and stand by their work. I would absolutely reccomend them and use them again.

We got a ductless unit installed and the whole process was very smooth and professional. The 3 men that came to do the install did very neat work and left the house spotless once the job was done. The employee named Will was a very nice gentlemen and takes pride in his job and representing the company. As for the ductless unit it works great and can cool or warm the whole house, also has a “drying” setting that keeps moisture out. I would highly recommend this company and the unit!

We highly recommend Jen Air for your air conditioning needs. They installed a new central air unit in our attic in the brutal heat of the summer. They were prompt, professional, and their prices were great! We will be using them again to install a new downstairs unit when the time comes. Thank you to the entire Jen Air team!
