These guys were Fantastic! John is extremely knowledgeable about every type of system and manufacturer. He gave me a very good education which allowed me to make a good decision on what system I wanted. The guys who did the install were very professional, friendly and neat! No surprises at all, would highly recommend Jen Air to anybody! Thanks for everything guys!

Overall great experience. My unit was installed in one day and everything works great. They were very professional and clean from start to finish. Thought there would be a mess but they had drop cloths and cleaned up right behind themselves. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Jen air installed a mini split in my garage and the central air throughout my house.

They finished in a matter of hours, did extremely clean work, were very informative and friendly!

My first time dealing with Jen Air and John G. The company installed a new AC system exactly like John explained. They were professional, courteous and cleaned up everything nicely. It was a pleasure !

We just had a central air/heat pump system installed in our house and, so far, we couldn't be happier. Jon was very thorough when meeting with us, making sure we understood our options and answered all of our questions, without pressuring us in any way. Will and his crew were also professional and worked with us when we wanted a specific vent installed in a particular location. I would highly recommend them. If we decide to install a ductless system in our basement, we will definitely use Jen Air again.

They replaced my faulty hot water heater, worked until the night to make sure it was done and running great. I was amazed how persistent they were to make sure everything was done so we had heat and hot water.

Just had a ductless mini split (heat/AC) installed downstairs as well as central air & heat upstairs. Jon was personable and knowledgeable. He was also very responsive when I had questions. Will and his crew did a great job with the install. What really impressed me was how clean they kept the place both during and after installation. Kudos to this company for their level of integrity and professionalism. Hard to find nowadays.

Called a few companies before I called Jenn Air and couldn't get an appointment for at least 2 weeks. Called Jenn Air and they were able to fit me in the next day. Jenn Air came the next day and serviced my my Central Air conditioning system. The AC technician (Kevin) was excellent! My freon was just a few pounds low. Kevin was professional and courteous!
Now my home nice and cold for the summer! I highly recommend them!!!!!!!

John was a pleasure to work with. He explained the ductless minisplit unit in detail. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the work was superb. I felt a difference in the comfort of my living space immediately.

Jen Air Inc is a lock. Look no further. They were professional and understanding on the phone. The technician(Eric) was polite, knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. No guess work, they delivered. The rate was extremely fair and the overall experience compelled me to write this review.
