Carlos was awesome this was the second time I have called James plumbing they serviced my hot water heater and installed my new kitchen sink everything came out great. Nice work! I saved my previous review from my last visit below.

Our water heater started leaking a little bit. I called James plumbing and got an appointment for the following week. When the leak suddenly got worse James plumbing was able to adjust their schedule and get to me the next day. My new tankless system is awesome. thank you

Carlos did an exceptional job getting my evaporative cooler ready for summer. He was professional and went above and beyond to straighten out the miswired controls for the system.

Carlos is highly professional and skilled plumber. Carlos has the skills, knowledge, and ability to diagnose and fix any plumbing problem with the highest quality identify the most cost-effective solution.

We needed two outdoor faucets repaired. Carlos did an excellent job on both and explained what was needed and why very well.

I had a leak under the cement floor that had to be cut open. During the process Carlos was very experienced and professional, he knew what had to be done. I was very pleased with his work and the company.

James Plumbing and Heating was the company that did both the rough and finish plumbing on my home as a new build a bit more than two years ago. They did a superlative job, both in quality and professionalism. I recently had them return to address an issue with my radiant (in-floor) heating system. They were extremely responsive, timely, and, once again, very knowledgeable in addressing the issue. I recommend them without reservation and will continue to employ their services.

of James Plumbing. Simply put they are consistently the best.
Always on time, polite, knowledgeable, and, most importantly,
they fix the problem.

Isaac was very nice, friendly, responsive, approachable, and professional. He took the time to explain our system and what needed to be done. He was able to fix our water heater and boiler the same day that we learned that they needed to be serviced. Their service charge was fair and much better than the quote we received from another company. We will be using them in the future.

Second Review (for a separate issue on another date): James Plumbing and Heating were able to fix our radiant heat system the same day we called after a cold winter's night. They are our first choice every time. Fast, friendly, and reliable.

I have an old gas stove for heat and Vermont Castings no longer makes a replacement part for the gas valve, which needed to be replaced. Isaac was able to take a new, very different gas valve and re-engineer it for the old stove. Aside from his knowledge and skill, he is professional, affable, and very good about explaining the complications along the way. Highly recommend him, along with Gabriella, who is always responsive, pleasant, and helpful when I call.

2 hours and over 300 dollars later just left with holes all over the house. Didn't do a thing but destroy the house and charge for it. And of course said they couldn't do one job (vent a water heater)without doing more than needed.

Carlos did a great job of fixing a leaking main water pipe valve, without shutting off the water. He also found the reason why our in-floor radiant heating was working in one zone and fixed it. Great job, thanks.
