James was installing a new boiler for the radiant heat of the home and a new mini split air conditioning and heating unit with condenser in our casita. All work on time and very professionally done. I would highly recommend this team.

Isaac came to do annual maintenance on our boiler, which serves a radiant heating system as well as heating water. James Plumbing installed it 4 years ago. He did a fantastic job. He calmly explained how the system works and what maintenance needs to be done to keep the system working optimally. He also took extra time to show how the unusual shower faucets work and even cleared out a slow drain (not included in the maintenance price). Isaac is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I’d highly recommend him and the company.

I had excellent service from Carlos at James Plumbing and Heating. I had not had a through service of my radiant heat system since we built our house in 2007. Carlos came at the scheduled time to do an assessment of the system. He checked thermostats and valves to make sure they were all operating correctly and he checked pumps, boiler, and venting. Carlos gave me his assessment and laid out options with costs. I chose a shorter-term solution and I will likely need to do something more extensive in a few years. I scheduled the work which entailed taking the boiler apart and cleaning the massive amount of scale from the tubes (likely calcium from condensation from bad venting). The cracked venting was replaced as well as a couple of other needed items. Carlos also replaced my circulating pump (which I bought) for our hot water system. It took about 6 hours which was the estimate. He was as neat a plumber I have seen, cleaning up. Also he was very good about discussing and explaining which comes from his 20 yrs of experience. Carlos has been a great performer for years. The company is well staffed to handle any kind of plumbing issue. I especially admire the way they set realistic expectations and then meet schedule commitments.

Excellent service from Carlos who was knowledgeable, personable, and fast. I had spent several hours unsuccessfully trying to make the repairs; he diagnosed and made the repairs in about 15 minutes. He also wore a mask and gloves, which was nice.
