The company installed a cleanout and backflow preventer. They were helpful and responsive. Showed up on time, got the project done. Also, cleaned up site of installation when they finished.

Having moved into our home in November and with no prior experience with an evaporative cooler, we reached out to James Plumbing & Heating to get us up and running properly, educate us a little and to assess the condition of the unit. We were pleasantly surprised to schedule service quickly and pleased when the technician called to ask if he could come earlier than planned. Carlos was super polite, conscientious and efficient as well as communicative and patient in explaining what he was doing and the functionality of the system. A minor fix and we are cool! Definitely recommend and will call on them should we need service again in the future. Kudos, Carlos!

James Plumbing is the best plumber in Santa Fe! I've lived here for 60 years and I found James Plumbing a couple years ago. Recently, they replaced my boiler and installed a hot water recirculating system to save water. They provided a timely estimate, showed up on time and replaced the boiler much quicker than I expected. When they turned on the boiler, it was defective (leaked). James calmly explained that it was the first boiler in 30 years to be defective. He assured me that they would take care of it. They had to search for a replacement boiler since they are hard to find. A week later, they came and replaced the boiler and were able to take the time to install a hot water recirculating system while they were onsite. Very professional and friendly staff and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing.

Carlos came out to work on our very old toilet and was able to get us back flushing in 30 minutes. He was on time, provided professional work, left no mess on my bathroom floor, and is very pleasant to work with. He is the plumber you have been looking for. Five star ++ work.

Carlos has been to our house twice - once to fix a gas fireplace and again to replace a leaky outdoor spigot - and he did quick, excellent work both times. He's very friendly, is a great communicator, and his knowledge and experience always inspire confidence that the job has been done right.

Carlos did the annual furnace check today and I was absolutely grateful because it is under the floor in the crawl space and is not easy to access. Carlos was awesome! He did a great job of installing our new kitchen faucets and while he was here suggested that we take a look at our tankless hot water heater. He discovered that the system was in great need of cleaning. Great company and Carlos was the best! Would recommend highly.

James Plumbing & Heating is first class. It was the coldest day of the year and our boiler heating system had a fault, no home heating or hot water. Carlos came out on short notice, identified the problem and went out to obtain the parts and finished the job quickly. He returned first thing the following morning to improve the heating efficiency.
