Excellent experience! After being turned away for an urgent HVAC repair by multiple servicers, I was directed to try Chase Mechanical. Adrian graciously fit us in to his busy schedule. He arrived at the house promptly and completed the repair in no time. The cost was absolutely reasonable and the service outstanding. Adrian made this whole process a breeze. We will definitely call on him for any future plumbing/HVAC needs.

We were trying to get someone to figure out what was wrong with the HVAC through our property manager for months without success. Adrian diagnosed the problem almost immediately as an air filter at the furnace unit that hadn’t been replaced in who knows how long that was blocking air flow. Highly competent and thus highly recommended.

Adrian just left after he took care of business! He did it fast and made me an appointment for next week for the rest of the stuff he couldn't do today. While he was here today he got my gas fireplace and furnace on track for the season, completed carbon monoxide testing, put new batteries in my thermostat, drained my evaporative cooler on the roof, inspected two plumbing leaks, and prescribed and set up what to do next.

This company has taken care of my swamper & furnace for many years. Not only have they handled my needs but they have gone out of their way to make sure my home is protected from any CO2 leaks! Also, they are NEW MEXICO TRUE! Always good to support the local businesses when you can

I called Adrian out after having some trouble with my furnace in the morning before going out of town. He was very responsive and came out right away to accommodate the time crunch I was in. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough with explaining what was going on and put my mind at ease leaving out of town.
