Adrian from Chase not only came to diagnose just 20 minutes after my first call, he worked with my warranty company for a complete replacement and was able to install it a day before the scheduled day. He went Above and beyond to get AC back in my house because it was over 100 degrees.

Adrian Franco Chase Mechanical was very responsive and attentive to my needs. After talking on the phone Adrian came to my house the next day went through all my heating and cooling systems and saw I needed a boiler. Within the week Emilio and Anthony came to my house and changed out my boiler within a couple hours. Very professional and with urgency really appreciated it!!!! Definitely recommend to anybody and anybody that needs HVAC work in their house good people good company!!

Adrian and his crew - Anthony and Emilio - cleaned a sewer line, moved a gas valve in a gas log fireplace and corrected a leak and installed a condensate line on an A/C unit. All 3 men were ontime, polite, personable and got the job done. They offered an excellent level of communication. My customer (the home seller) felt the charges were fair for the work they did. Chase Mechanical installed two mini-split units in May of 2020 for a cost of $6,450.00 when the company went under the name of 360Hvac. The owner, Adrian Franco, had to return and fix wiring which had not been done correctly during installation. These units were used only during the summer of 2020 and 2021. When I went to turn them on in May, 2022, the refrigerant had all leaked out due to the initial shoddy installation which they had rushed through. I contacted him on May 17th but he couldn't fit me in until June 6 and was completely unconcerned about the heat and the current health conditions I was undergoing. Mr. Franco was way more concerned about informing me the warranty on his labor had run out. This resulted in me having to shell out another almost $700 to repair the problem that was caused by rushed and faulty installation on his part in the first place. He did not do the repair himself so I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 because the tech he sent out was excellent. This is the guy I wish had done the work in the first place.

Adrian was able to come the same morning that I called which was fantastic. Our heater wasn’t working and we had freezing temps last night- we also have a newborn so it was important to get it fixed quickly. He was communicative and on time, and right away figured out the issue.

Anthony and his partner were great. Called ahead, on time, quick and efficient. Very friendly, answered all my questions and they found and fixed the unexpected issue quickly. Respectful and considerate crew, get these boys a raise! Adrian is running a tight crew. Thanks you sir!

Chase Mechanical upheld the appointment time, provided troubleshooting and corrective action very quickly. Feels like Adrian went out of his way to squeeze us in between other clients as part of his professional courtesy.

I had a pipe repaired that broke during the first cold weather. It was in a trench full of water. After I tried unsuccessfully to repair it on my own, I called Chase. They got me on the schedule the next day. Adrian came out and fixed the pipe AND filled up the previous workmen had left open. Adrian is a great spokesman for the company. He gave me TWO business cards; one to give out and one to keep. Great job Adrian!
