Have had them out to several of my properties and they have been the most professional and honest plumbers I have ever had the pleasure of hiring! The technicians work amazing, are very clean, and get the job done right the first time! Adrian is extremely helpful and communicative. 10/10!!!

Technician came and checked to see what the issue was and at the end he didn’t know what the issue was. All he said was that it “could be this” it could be that” “we can try this” but no real solution. Yet at the end they charged us $250. How are you going to charge someone $250 to go out and figure out what the problem is. But not figure out the problem but still charge.

We needed a new furnace and converted our swamp cooler to refrigerated air conditioning, chase mechanical was great! They came in and got the work done right and we’re helpful every step of the way! Good price and we’re happy customers. Adrian and the guys are professionals!

Absolute Scumbags. They drove over my water lines and my tenant hasn't had water for a month and refused to give me their insurance information or fix it. Do not hire. Trash

Adrian was able to schedule a visit to assess work needed within a week. Matt, who performed the work, called before arrival and arrived on time. He was able to assess the work needed and identify the issues. While he was not scheduled to actually perform the work, he went above and beyond expectations to fix the problems during his initial visit. Matt was friendly, and worked non stop from 9am to 3pm to complete the work. I am extremely happy with the timeliness, quality, and professionalism provided. I highly recommend for any plumbing and house gas line repair work.

This what the first time I had used a professional company to switch over my heat to my cooler for the summer. I was impressed by the service U received. Very nice and professional young man. Efficient, thorough and explained everything he was doing, prior to moving forward. He was polite and on time. Called to give me a one hour notice of arrival time. Great Service! I will call them again for my Winter service.

My name is Bo, I am one of his employees. I won't be working for quite some time though I was recently in a very very bad motorcycle accident and fighting to even keep my leg. He hired me after I moved down here when times were hard and gave me a chance when no one else would. I've been out of work and in the hospital for almost a month now and he is definitely offered help and checked in on me multiple times since I've been here. I was working another place and he would always give me the tools I needed and make sure I was able to succeed with whatever I was doing. And takes care of me way more financially than he needed to. If you're thinking about using him for anything he is an honest hard-working small town family man that is making it work in life. He climbs on nobody he is genuinely a good person and I would recommend him to anybody for any reason at any time. I just felt compelled to leave this here. Thanks boss man

Adrian was very nice and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and worked to resolve it within the same day. When the cost of repair was more than I expected, he kindly waived the diagnostic charge. He also showed me how to install the furnace filter myself in a kind manner, without talking down to me or being condescending. I will definitely contact them in the future!

Adrian came out immediately to give me a (very reasonable) quote. Manny, Emilio, and Anthony showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. Removed a broken mini-split and installed a new one in very timely manner, and left a clean job site. Outstanding employees, and very good pricing as well. I will use Chase Mechanical again and highly recommend them for any mini-split work.
