Update to original review - Leaving the neighborhood the same evening, I stopped when I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood at a house under construction. Talked with the gentleman, and he offered to swing by on his way out that evening, and showed up about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse, and had me up and running in about 15 minutes! Can't thank him enough!

Original review - They don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message either. I've got a new construction home, and I came home today after 6 days on the road, and when I tried to flip the AC system on, nothing happened. Not a good feeling. I will be happy to update the review once I get in touch with them, but for now, one star since they're unreachable.

I had a heating problem at my rental in Los Lunas and everyone I called said they could fix it and then said, "Oh, can't get the parts anymore." I called Priority Plumbing and they came out to look at it and gave me a free estimate with multiple options. The work he did on my house was superb and in little time. I recommend James, at Priority with a big 5 stars. Thank you, James.

I use Priority Plumbing and heating numerous times on multiple homes. From repair of an A/C unit, to recharging it, to repair of evaporative coolers and also annual changeovers. Feel confident knowing the job will be done correctly the first time!

What started to be a hot day without our a/c i called these guys they showed up within 30 minutes n started working on our unit they had to run and gets a couple parts but told me they would have it cooling back down today! And sure enough it is!!! I highly recommend them! Awesome service!!!

Had an appointment scheduled and no show. Called him and he said he was getting his lunch n would check his schedule n call me back. Never heard from him

I wish I could have a positive experience with this company but every single time I call them I get their voicemail which tells me to leave them a message and their voice mailbox is full

They are great will deffenetly call them when I need a plumber.
