Cory and Nathan did an amazing job! As new homeowners they were very knowledgeable of our older hvac unit and answered ALL of my many questions. Very trustworthy and we will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!

We also want to shout out to Ivan who told us exactly what our hvac unit needed and to Richard who has an amazing sense of humor, got us scheduled fast and is extremely helpful!

My biggest fear with plumbing businesses is dishonesty e.g. creating issues for more money. I’ve used #1 Plumbing for my last three seasonal change overs and each time their technicians have been honest, thorough and respectful. My recent service was no different. Nathan was on time, courteous, professional and most importantly was very knowledgeable of my H/C system. Btw, thanks Nathan for standing up my trash bin that the wind toppled over! ☺️

Nathan was a great worker and very professional! He did all of the troubleshooting that was necessary for the job! Was having a problem with the refrigerated AC unit and Nate did everything and anything to get it running again!

Thank you Cory and team for making a big job look easy. Took two days to replace furnace and A/C condenser. I knew it was going to be a big job but the guys got it done. Very clean, respectful of my home and work orientated. We plan on an extension of our home, will definitely be using them again.

I have been using number one Plumbing since I purchased my home 6 years ago. They have done a number of repairs and installations for me which include Plumbing and Electric. I purchased some brand new Hunter ceiling fans with lights. Ricky installed them and they seem to be doing great. Within a short time one of them was ticking very loudly. Number one Plumbing sent Ricky to check it out immediately. Ricky saw where he did not secure some wiring; thus, causing the ticking. In fact, he told me he checked both ceiling fans to ensure that the wiring was secure and corrected the problem with the ticking fan. However, here we are a couple of weeks later and now the other ceiling fan is ticking. I would have left a five-star review but for that. I am reserving a five-star review and an update to see how it goes when I call them on Monday morning to have someone come out and fix it again. M. Lucero
Update: I was contacted by #1 Plumbing early Monday morning regarding the ticking in my ceiling fan. They scheduled me right away for Ricky to come back out. He came over, found the problem, and fixed it. I have honestly never been more satisfied than I am with number one Plumbing AC solar and Electric. One of the most important features that I have found with number one is that they are extremely trustworthy. Again, I have used them for the last 6 years and I can't tell you how many times I've had them out for repairs and installations and I have never felt ripped off or deceived.

The night before Ricky was set to come out and fix my fan my heater stopped working. It happened in the middle of the night so I called #1's 24-hour line. Kursten called me back right away to see if we could troubleshoot over the phone. Being unable to do so, he let Richard know first thing in the morning that I needed possible repair to my heater. Richard called me very early in the morning to set a time for Kursten to come out. It turned out that my thermostat was not communicating with my unit as it is Wi-Fi operable. Kursten reset everything and showed me how to do it in the future. Once again, number one Plumbing AC solar and Electric did right by me.

Very disappointment with this company. They cancelled 2x on me. Abdul (plumber that came out)was nice but management was unsympathetic. I attempted 3x to reschedule and was charged for an estimate, although nothing was done. I understand circumstances happen but I wouldn’t recommend.

I can’t really say enough about Ivan and this company. I have been through a nightmare of multiple companies coming out to 34 times each replacing the board on my furnace the gas valve on my furnace etc. etc. Both other companies tried to sell me an entire new furnace for $3000 and more. I decided to make one last call after seeing the great reviews for this company and they absolutely live up to all of them. They were here in an hour to help me. Ivan was able to diagnose and fix the furnace before I could even blink. Then he got my gas fireplace going again! The entire visit was $150. I couldn’t be happier, or recommend Ivan higher. I addition to being prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, Ivan is also just a great human being. Six out of five stars.

I can't give Number One Plumbing enough praise for their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile to get a job done properly, and there are a number of employees to acknowledge over an variety of various projects they have completed for me. I hired Number One Plumbing to make corrections to a new tankless water heater installation that a previous contractor had fouled up so terribly that it would not pass the required city inspection. My first interaction was with Richard, who was able to quickly schedule a meeting with a technician to come out and look at the work required. I was impressed that the owner himself, David, came out to not only look over the water tank corrections, but also looked over the entire plumbing system of the 60 yr old house I had recently purchased. David was courteous and thorough, and provided a prompt, reasonable estimate to make the necessary corrections. A short time later, Arnold and his apprentice completed a clean and professional job on the water heater, ensuring it passed inspection--which it did with zero problems. Because of a great experience with Number One, I hired them for a few more jobs around the house--performing a seasonal inspection on the HVAC system, which was completed by Ivan, and insulating some exposed plumbing lines in my crawl space, performed by Don. Both technicians were professional, prompt, and courteous, and deserve kudos for having to work in the confines of a crawl space. I had been interested in adding solar panels in a desire to start moving towards a more eco-friendly utility regime, and I was put in touch with Vinny--their solar program rep. Vinny's no-nonsense approach was great in explaining the ins and outs of the process, the benefits and risks, and tax deductions to be taken advantage of for a new solar system install, and I decided to sign on through Number One for the solar installation. Vinny has been great through the whole process, keeping me informed of the status, and also working various financing options and last minute changes when it was discovered the roof was in need of replacement prior to installing the panels. I was put in touch with Russell Hawkes of Design Co Construction, and within a week I had a new metal roof installed, giving immeasurable peace of mind before starting a big solar project. The solar install tech, Chance, and his team did a super job on the installation. I need to also mention how helpful Kyle was during the various projects Number One completed, offering insight, and personally seeing that each job was done to satisfaction. He and Kursten even spent precious evening hours to install a safety switch on the water heater which was needed to protect the laundry room from flooding in an unfortunate event of a leak. Both gentlemen get top marks for their courtesy and patience working in less than ideal conditions to get the job done right, and it show's an exemplary commitment to upholding the strong reputation Number One Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric has earned. My personal thanks goes out Richard, David, Arnold, Vinny, Chase, Ivan, Don, Kyle, and Kursten and their teams, apprentices, and helpers that have transformed my home in ways that allow me to rest easy at night. Let Number One Plumbing be the FIRST business you call for any plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and solar needs. I have not been disappointed, and am assured that you won't either. Thanks guys! 5 Stars!
