Called on #1 after seeing their great reviews online. We called for an estimate to replace our failed 1962 Sears Ten furnace after it caught on fire. Kurston showed up quickly and was surprised to see this old furnace had still been in use. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in asking questions, all so he could clearly understood our concerns before he offered the best furnace applications for our needs. He truly made us feel as if our interests were part of the solution! Definitely recommend having him be part of any estimates you may have for HVAC work. Thank you, Kurston!

Cory, was prompt and came at the beginning of the service window which was great. Cory, expertly switched my system over to AC for the seasonal maintenance. He also diagnosed a line leak on my water softener, fixed it, drained it, filled it with salt and recharged the unit! Cory was also very informative about the softener and my heating and cooling system which was greatly appreciated. Cory’s service was outstanding and he’s a nice guy as well. The maintenance package I purchased last year has been worth every penny and I intend to purchase another for the coming year. The cost has risen because of inflation but is still a great value. The seasonal change over was included in the maintenance package but Cory didn’t charge me for getting my softener up and running! Thank you so much Number 1 and I hope Cory gets a donut or breakfast burrito for every time his name is mentioned in this review. Ha ha

I called Number One Plumbing when my tankless water heater was intermittently turning off for unknown reasons. They scheduled someone to come out the very next day! The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Many companies do not know how to properly diagnose or service tankless water heaters. Number One Plumbing was able to assess the issue and get it taken care of in no time at all. I can’t recommend this company enough if you are looking for top-notch service at a great value!!

Cory M. was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the company able to get me in very quickly for A/C repair, but Cory very quickly identified the issue, and instead of having to set up a following appointment for installation, he went and purchased the part, came back and installed it all within the same afternoon. He also gave me fantastic insight and advice on maintenance for my system since it is getting old. I highly recommend #1 and Cory!

Second year I use #1 Plumbing, A/C and so glad I did. Just like last fall, Richard was super friendly and helpful. He was able to send someone same day (I unintentionally put out pilot and could smell gas in garage). Technician, Chance, was more than prompt, courteous, correctly shut down furnaces, showed me safety tips, and got A/C ready for summer. They'll be coming back in the fall for sure!! Thanks again #1 Plumbing for coming to my rescue.

Moses was great!! He was right in time. And he was very patient and kind and professional. He knows his job extremely well. And he treated me like I was his only customer. He was great!! Need more like him!!

Preston, our technician, showed up on time and was able to locate the leak in our front yard. Preston then dug a hole after moving the gravel and exposed the leaking pipe, replaced it, filled in the hole, and spread the gravel out again. I couldn't even tell he had done all that work!

Cory did an amazing job and I am finally up and running again! He was able to trouble shoot the water issue and determine that I didn’t have a cracked pan which saved me money. He also got my thermostats in and working, and replaced the burnt out board. Thank you so much!
