Number One Plumbing came out to fixed a leak in my kitchen sink and installed a garbage disposal. Moses was very professional and did an awesome job explaining exactly what he was going to do and showed me how everything worked after he completed the work. I work recommend Moses and Number One Plumbing to anyone needed some works done around the house.

I had a burst pipe in my front yard. I had worked with a previous plumbing company which was not a good experience. I found this company by googling and I contacted them to discuss the issues we were having. They were able to get Chance to my property and figure out the cost of the repair quickly. The pipe was fixed within the same day. Wished I would have went with them to begin with. It would have saved me money and headaches.
Also, they had to go through flagstone in my yard, they put it back together very nicely. I wasn't left with a mess! This was all taken care of while I was out of state. They kept me informed and in contact the whole way. Thank you for everything!

Same day showed up on time, Kyle was professional and knew what he was doing . Tracked down problem with ac (condenser) quickly and gave me 2 to chose from. Repair was quick and reasonable price.

Needed several electrical services. Ricardo was professional and did a great job. He had to cut a hole in the wall to install the electrical outlet. The work was impeccable. He walked me through the entire process, and gave me a quote before he started the work. He also cleaned up after his work, and was very courteous and patient with my elderly mother who likes to ask a lot of questions :) I HIGHLY recommend Number One Plumbing!

Update: I've now used them for electrical and HVAC maintenance and both teams that came out were EXCELLENT!! On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again!

Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

We have been using Number one pluming for about 10 years (AC, heater, water heater, etc,.) Cody and Nathan were very quick to diagnose the problem with our AC unit. They worked with us to get a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future.

Don re- routed the master cool drain lines on our roof so they would water our gardens. He was very helpful & accomplished the change quickly.

Arnold kept me informed on each step along the way. He was willing to answer all my questions and gave clear explanations. His work was very neat, and cleanup was good.
He arrived on schedule and let me know when he needed to be delayed.

Cory removed the old HVAC ducts, installed the new unit, including three plus the remaining two zone units, custom made outdoor trim to cover wires and coils, etc., etc., and even re-hung a framed rug and other pieces that had to be moved in the process.
He was at my house off and on over a three or four-week period. He was usually assisted by someone — Nate, Ivan, and others — but often was on his own. I know there was more than one day when he only broke for a very brief lunch.
Cory was always courteous, prompt, informative, and showed great care in making sure I was happy with the results. He was also kind and careful with my cat and dog when coming in and out of the house.

Super nice and quick. Gave great advice for maintenance during the off season. He even offered to wear shoe covers in the house. Very respectful. Will definitely be using the company again.

Ricardo was very professional & wanted to make sure I was 100% pleased with his service, which I was. He not only turned off the gas heater in two rooms, he also started up the A/C for the upcoming summer season. After he was done, he did a final walk-through to make sure everything was buttoned up. Apparently he's been with #One for 3 years. He is obviously a great employee. Treat him well & he will be with you for a great number of years going forward. I recommend at Ricardo's next performance review that he received an increase in pay of at least 20%.
