Moore Quality Air

Received excellent presentation on pros/cons of different systems for HVAC upgrade and feel I received a great value for what I paid (not the least but definitely not the most). The technicians, Julian and Jorge, were great to have working at my house with their positive attitudes about their work and the company. The finish work was great - in particular the sheet metal on the heater pedestal, the panel upgrades and relabeling, and the finish caulking on the new intake registers. Since they were on site I also had Julian and Jorge run power for my recently purchased spa and the work was neat and professional. I have not put the A/C through the hard work of cooling in July and August, but the sales, install, customer education and service have been great so far. I'll follow up with any additional comments on the equipment performance after summer is over.

We finally decided to do a conversion from evaporative to refrigerated air. Anthony came out to the house and was awesome. Very professional, patient with our questions and extremely knowledgeable. Jorge, Julian and Lawrence performed the install and did a great job. They explained everything in detail. I highly recommend Moore Quality Air! Great job guys!

My son and daughter recently gifted me with a replacement of my evaporative/heating system to a refrigerated/heating system. They arranged for estimates from different local companies and, of those, Moore Quality Air stood out. The thorough presentation by Anthony Hughes, leaving nothing unexplained, impressed me as did his personal demeanor...polite, courteous and respectful. That never changed throughout the work process, communications and follow-ups. Everyone connected to Moore Quality Air from the owners, Anthony Hughes and Jonathan McDaniel, their electrician Julian and crew, Jorge, Lawrence and George, were consistently polite, professional, hardworking and eager to please. We are very satisfied with their work and the new system. I now look forward to the coming Winter and the next hot Summer knowing I will be comfortable at last. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a change-over from evaporative to refrigerated.

From start to finish, these guys were top notch.

Joe C. came out for our initial diagnostic appointment on Friday & was on time, up front, honest, hard working, & easy to talk to. He didn't give us any bull about our options re: our broken heat. Because of the upfront nature of this company, we decided it was time to replace the entire unit. Joe gave us time, without any pressure to make a big decision, to figure out if we wanted to just repair or replace our entire system. He came right back to finalize measurements & get us scheduled for the install.

Jorge & Julian showed up bright & early Monday morning to install our new heating & air. They worked their tails off all day to have the entire install completed by the time I was clocking out of work at 5pm. I'm currently sitting in comfort again in my living room as I write this. My furnace went out on a Tuesday and they were able to replace it within 2 days during a severe cold snap, even with an excess of other work. Jorge, Julian, and Lawrence showed up on time and within a few minutes were already disconnecting the old furnace. They were very professional and everything was completed within a few hours. I've been using Moore QA over the past couple years to close down/start up my cooler/heater each spring and summer and it's always been a good experience. Would certainly recommend them if you're looking for estimates on cooling and heating work.

Our swamp cooler broke down, and it was getting hot. Keeping our 4 dogs cool was a mission. Moore Quality Air was the only company that would do next-day replacement. They worked fast for what needed to be done and left no debris at all. I wish I remembered the gentlemen's names, the folder has a card for Johnathan. Anytime something happens unexpectedly in the future I will definitely be giving them a ring.

We did our homework and had several quotes. Anthony was the most proficient and honest, making our final decision to use Moore Quality Air an easy one! When George and Julian came out to do the job, it was obvious they had our needs in mind and kept us up to date on the entire process. They never left a mess, they always had a smile on their faces and went the extra mile in every area to make their work top notch. No need to look elsewhere, this company is THE ONE!

I quoted out having my home converted to refrigerated air. After 4 quotes, Moore came back with the best quote for a panel upgrade and install of a Mini-split AC system.
I was impressed with their quote, professionalism an how the owners talks well about his people.
They recently finished and it works amazingly. Julian, George and Lawrence worked hard, paid attention to the details and were very customer service oriented. They answered all of my questions and I could not be more pleased.
One of the best group of contractors I have had do work for me. I look forward to working with them again.

We started using Moore Quality Air after the company that installed our refrigerated air/furnace messed up the installation. Recently a pipe from the furnace started to drip. I called late in the day and was told Lawrence would be here shortly. Lawrence arrived, assessed the situation, explained what he would be doing and set to work. When he was finished, he showed me the repair and cleaned up the area all the while being very pleasant and professional - even though we found out he had already "clocked out" when our call came in.

Lawrence was very professional and explained everything to me. I will have him come and maintenance my A/C.
